ANTI-CD93 CONSTRUCTS AND USES THEREOF
The present application provides anti-CD93 constructs that bind to CD93 (e.g., anti-CD93 antibodies), nucleic acid molecules encoding an amino acid sequence of the anti-CD93, vectors comprising the nucleic acid molecules, host cells containing the vectors, methods of preparing the anti-CD93 construct, pharmaceutical compositions containing the anti-CD93 construct, and methods of using the anti-CD93 construct or compositions.
TROPHOBLAST CELL-SURFACE ANTIGEN-2 (TROP-2) ANTIBODIES
This application provides isolated antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof, that specifically bind Trophoblast Cell-Surface Antigen-2 (Trop-2). These Trop-2 antibodies, or antigen-binding fragments thereof, have a highbinding affinity for Trop-2, are capable of inducing antibody- dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), have good tumor penetration, can be internalized by cells expressing Trop-2, and can be used to diagnose, prognose, and treat Trop-2 -associated human diseases (e.g., cancer, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, asthma, transplant rejection, and inflammatory disorders).
MIC Antibodies and Binding Agents and Methods of Using the Same
The present invention provides MIC antibodies, antigen binding portions thereof and MIC binding agents thereof for use in the treatment of cancer.
TREATMENT OF THERAPY-RESISTANT HER-2 POSITIVE BREAST CANCER
This invention concerns the treatment of HER-2 positive breast cancer cells by mediating the signal of GRB7 using an anti-HER-1 antibody, such as panitumumab.
NOVEL T CELL RECEPTORS (TCRS) THAT REACT TO NEOANTIGENS
Disclosed are T cell receptors (TCRs) specific for one or more neoantigens and T cells engineered to express said TCRs as well as methods of their use for treating cancer.
AMHRII-BINDING ANTIBODY DRUG CONJUGATES AND THEIR USE THEREOF IN THE TREATMENT OF CANCERS
The present invention relates to an antibody drug conjugate (ADC) of general formula (I) (D-Lk.sub.1-C(O)-Lk.sub.2-C.sub.2H.sub.4—NH-Lk.sub.3).sub.n-Ab. A pharmaceutical composition comprising, in a pharmaceutically acceptable medium, the said ADC is also concerned by the present invention, as well as the use of this ADC or composition as a medicament, and in particular in the prevention and/or the treatment of an anti-Müllerian hormone type II receptor (AMHRII) expressing cancer in an individual.
ANTIBODIES SPECIFIC FOR IL20-RB AND USES THEREOF FOR THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE EXACERBATION OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Acute exacerbation of COPD (AE-COPD) in patients are mostly due to respiratory infection and are associated with an inexorable decline in lung function, enhanced oedema as well as airway and systemic inflammation. Previous results show that treatment with anti-IL-20Rb blocking antibodies increased the bacterial clearance in control mice infected by S. pneumoniae and protected CS-exposed mice from bacterial infection, by decreasing the bacterial burden and the inflammatory infiltrate. Therefore there is an interest for generating monoclonal antibodies specific for IL-20Rb with a neutralizing activity for their use in the treatment of AE-COPD. The present invention fulfills this need by providing antibodies having specificity for IL-20Rb.
OLIGONUCLEOTIDE CONJUGATES AND PREPARATION AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
The present invention relates to oligonucleotide conjugates and preparation and applications thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to an oligonucleotide conjugated to a biomolecule (e.g. an antibody) and/or an agent of interest (e.g. a drug). In certain embodiments, the oligonucleotide of the present invention is a hybridized complex of a single strand oligonucleotide carrying a biomolecule and a complementary strand oligonucleotide bearing an agent of interest where the hybridized nucleotide segment acts as a linker to link the biomolecule and the agent of interest in one molecule.
HUMANIZED CD19 ANTIBODY AND USE THEREOF
A humanized CD 19 antibody, and a chimeric antigen receptor thereof, an immune cell thereof and the use thereof are provided. The humanized CD19 antibody is based on a FMC63 chimeric antibody, which is subjected to humanization modification. A CAR-T and a dual CAR-T cell constructed based on the humanized antibody and the related use thereof are also provided. Compared with a CAR-T cell constructed by using FMC63, the CAR-T cell constructed based on the humanized antibody has higher killing effect and tumor removal ability.
METHODS FOR BREAST CANCER TREATMENT AND PREDICTION OF THERAPEUTIC RESPONSE
Embodiments of the disclosure include methods and compositions related to treating an individual for HER2+ positive cancer with an appropriate treatment based on outcome of a multiparameter classifier. The methods allow for identification of HER2+ individuals that are suitable to avoid chemotherapy, in specific embodiments. Methods of the disclosure also allow for identification of HER2+ individuals that should not avoid chemotherapy. In specific embodiments, the multiparameter classifier identifies whether there is (1) a ratio of HER2 amplification, relative to a control probe, of greater than or equal to 4.5; (2) a HER2 expression level score of 3+, as determined by immunohistochemistry, in at least 90% of breast cancer cells; (3) whether there is a HER2-enriched molecular subtype; and (4) whether the individual has a wildtype PIKC3A gene.
