Anti PD-1 antibodies
The present invention relates to antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that bind to PD-1, and to methods of using such antibodies and antigen-binding fragments. For example, the present invention provides humanized anti-PD-1 antibodies and methods of use thereof.
Anti-VWF D'D3 single-domain antibodies fuse to clotting factors
The invention relates to isolated single-domain antibodies (sdAb) directed against von Willebrand Factor (VWF) D′D3 domain and chimeric polypeptides comprising thereof such as blood clotting factors and their uses in therapy such as in the prevention and treatment of hemostatic disorders. The invention also relates to a method of extending or increasing half-life of a therapeutic polypeptide comprising a step of adding to the polypeptide sequence of said therapeutic polypeptide at least one sdAb directed against VWF D′D3 domain.
Antibodies to alpha-synuclein and uses thereof
The invention provides antibodies that specifically bind human α-synuclein with a high affinity and reduces α-synuclein spreading in vivo, recombinant polypeptides comprising said antibodies or antigen-binding fragment thereof and methods for generating such polypeptides, as well as compositions and methods for generating α-synuclein antibodies, and methods of using α-synuclein antibodies for the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system, in particular alpha-synucleinopathies.

The present invention relates to the field of virology, more specifically to the field of zoonotic Coronaviruses. Specifically, the invention provides for binding agents specific for the spike protein receptor binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-Corona virus, more specifically for an epitope of the RBD present in a broad range of Sarbecoviruses and mutants thereof, even more specifically present in SARS-Cov and SARS-CoV-2 viruses. More specifically, the invention relates to compositions comprising antibodies capable of specifically binding and neutralizing SARS-Corona viruses. More specifically the invention relates to compositions comprising single domain antibodies, or specifically VHHs, and compositions comprising multivalent binding agents comprising IgG Fc fusions thereof, specifically VHH-Fc fusions thereof, even more specifically comprising heavy chain only VHH72-S56A-IgG1-Fc fusions, or compositions comprising any humanized form of any one thereof, and are capable of specifically binding and neutralizing SARS-Corona viruses, specifically SARS-Cov-2 virus. The compositions are useful in the diagnosis of Sarbecoviruses, and specifically SARS-CoV-2 virus, and in prophylactic and/or therapeutic treatment of a condition resulting from infections with Sarbecoviruses, specifically SARS-Corona or SARS-CoV-2 virus, or mutants thereof.
Anti-PD-1 antibodies and uses thereof
Provided are anti-PD-1 antibodies or fragments thereof. In various example, the antibodies or fragments thereof includes a heavy chain variable region comprising heavy chain complementarity determining regions HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3, and a light chain variable region comprising light chain complementarity determining regions LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3. Methods of using the antibodies or fragments thereof for treating and diagnosing diseases such as cancer, infection or immune disorders are also provided.
MATERIALS AND METHODS OF IL-1BETA BINDING PROTEINS
Provided herein, in certain aspects, are antibodies that bind to IL-1β and compositions comprising the antibodies. Methods of making and using the antibodies are also provided.
Broad-spectrum monoclonal antibodies against chikungunya virus E1 structural protein
The present invention provides a new antibody against ECSA type Chikungunya virus, WA type Chikungunya virus, and Asian type Chikungunya virus or an antigen-binding fragment of the antibody. The antibody against Chikungunya virus or the antigen-binding fragment of the antibody of the present invention includes a heavy chain variable region or a heavy chain (1), (2), or (3) and a light chain variable region or a light chain (4).
ANTI- GPRC5D ANTIBODIES, BISPECIFIC ANTIGEN BINDING MOLECULES THAT BIND GPRC5D AND CD3, AND USES THEREOF
Provided herein are antibodies that specifically bind to GPRC5D. Also described are related polynucleotides capable of encoding the provided GPRC5D-specific antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, cells expressing the provided antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, as well as associated vectors and detectably labeled antibodies or antigen-binding fragments. In addition, methods of using the provided antibodies are described. For example, the provided antibodies may be used to diagnose, treat, or monitor GPRC5D-expressing cancer progression, regression, or stability; to determine whether or not a patient should be treated for cancer; or to determine whether or not a subject is afflicted with GPRC5D-expressing cancer and thus may be amenable to treatment with a GPRC5D-specific anti-cancer therapeutic, such as the multispecific antibodies against GPRC5D and CD3 described herein.
Method of treating an NME7 expressing cancer with a peptide
The present application discloses anti-NME antibodies and their use in treating or preventing diseases.
Pregabalin immunoassays
Compounds and methods for use in detecting pregabalin in a sample suspected of containing pregabalin are disclosed. Pregabalin derivatives are described for producing pregabalin conjugates. A pregabalin-immunogenic carrier conjugate may be used as an immunogen for the preparation of an anti-pregabalin antibody. A pregabalin-detectable label conjugate may be used in a signal producing system in pregabalin assays.
