Antibodies and antigen binding fragments that bind specifically to TNFRSF25 are provided herein. Methods for using the antibodies and antigen binding fragments to, for example, stimulate proliferation of human T cells (e.g., CD8+ T cells) and to treat cancer patients also are provided.

USE OF BINDING MOLECULE SPECIFICALLY BINDING TO PRECURSOR OF BRAIN-DERIVED NEUROTROPHIC FACTOR
20170362313 · 2017-12-21 ·

Disclosed herein is use of a binding molecule which specifically binds to a precursor of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (proBDNF). The binding molecule for proBDNF, especially a monoclonal antibody against proBDNF, can be used to prevent, mitigate or treat autoimmune diseases.

CD6 ANTIBODY FOR TREATMENT OF T-CELL MEDIATED DISEASES OR DISORDERS
20170362331 · 2017-12-21 ·

A method of treating a T-cell mediated disease in a subject by administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody or fragment thereof that specifically binds to CD6 is described. Humanized antibodies useful for the method are also described.

Surface display of recombinant proteins in lower eukaryotes
09845464 · 2017-12-19 · ·

Methods for display of recombinant proteins or protein libraries on the surface of lower eukaryotes such as yeast and filamentous fungi are described. The methods are useful for screening libraries of recombinant proteins in lower eukaryotes to identify particular proteins with desired properties from the array of proteins in the libraries. The methods are particularly useful for constructing and screening antibody libraries in lower eukaryotes.

ANTIBODIES BINDING 4-1BB AND USES THEREOF

Disclosed is an isolated monoclonal antibody that specifically binds human 4-1BB, or the antigen-binding portion thereof. A nucleic acid molecule encoding the antibody, an expression vector, a host cell and a method for expressing the antibody are also provided. The present disclosure further provides a bispecific molecule, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody or the bispecific molecule, as well as a treatment method using an anti-4-1BB antibody of the disclosure.
