CD83 BINDING PROTEINS AND USES THEREOF
An isolated or recombinant CD83 binding protein may include an antigen binding domain, wherein the antigen binding domain binds specifically to CD83 or a cell expressing CD83.
Methods of purifying recombinant anti-abeta antibodies
Purified recombinant polypeptides isolated from Chinese hamster ovary host cells, including antibodies, such as therapeutic antibodies, and methods of making and using such polypeptides are provided.
Anti-human LAG-3 antibodies and their use in immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Provided are chimeric or recombinant antibodies (Ab), or antigen binding fragments thereof, or monomeric or dimeric antigen binding proteins, that can specifically bind to human LAG-3 polypeptides, including human LAG-3 polypeptides expressed on the surface of lymphocytes such as activated T cells that have infiltrated tumors or tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and methods for making and using them. In alternative embodiments, chimeric or a recombinant antibodies (Ab), or antigen binding fragments thereof, or monomeric or dimeric antigen binding proteins as provided herein are used for in vitro diagnostics, for example, in immuno-histochemistry (IHC), for example, to diagnose and/or treat a cancer, for example, bladder cancer, urothelial carcinoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, renal carcinoma, Renal Clear cell Carcinoma and/or melanoma or malignant melanoma, by their ability to specifically bind to activated T cells that have infiltrated tumors, or tumor infiltrating lymphocytes.
METHODS OF ADMINISTERING ANTI-OX40 ANTIBODIES
The present disclosure provides antibodies that specifically bind to human OX40 receptor (OX40) and compositions comprising such antibodies. In a specific aspect, the antibodies specifically bind to human OX40 and modulate OX40 activity, e.g., enhance, activate, or induce OX40 activity, or reduce, deactivate, or inhibit OX40 activity. The present disclosure also provides methods for treating disorders, such as cancer, by administering an antibody that specifically binds to human OX40 and modulates OX40 activity, e.g., enhances, activates, or induces OX40 activity. Also provided are methods for treating autoimmune or inflammatory diseases or disorders, by administering an antibody that specifically binds to human OX40 and modulates OX40 activity, e.g., reduces, deactivates, or inhibits OX40 activity.
NOVEL EGFRVIII ANTIBODY AND COMPOSITION COMPRISING SAME
The present disclosure relates to an antibody specifically binding to epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGFRvIII), to nucleic acid coding the antibody, to a vector comprising the nucleic acid, to a host cell, to a preparation method of the antibody, and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody as an active ingredient for treating a cancer or a tumor.
Restricted immunoglobulin heavy chain mice
Mice having a restricted immunoglobulin heavy chain locus are provided, wherein the locus is characterized by a single polymorphic human V.sub.H gene segment, a plurality of human D.sub.H gene segments and a plurality of J.sub.H gene segments. Methods for making antibody sequences that bind an antigen (e.g., a viral antigen) are provided, comprising immunizing a mouse with an antigen of interest, wherein the mouse comprises a single human V.sub.H gene segment, a plurality of human D.sub.H gene segments and a plurality of J.sub.H gene segments, at the endogenous immunoglobulin heavy chain locus.
ANTIBODY-DRUG CONJUGATE OF AN ANTI-GLYPICAN-3 ANTIBODY AND A TUBULYSIN ANALOG, PREPARATION AND USES
An antibody-drug conjugate having a structure represented by formula (I)
##STR00001##
wherein m is 1, 2, 3, or 4 and Ab is an anti-glypican-3 antibody having heavy and light chain CDRs as disclosed herein.
Novel Angiopoietin 2, VEGF Dual Antagonists
The present disclosure relates to chimeric molecules which are fusion proteins comprising two components: an Ang-2 binding peptide linked to either a VEGF antibody or a VEGF receptor-Fc fusion protein. The Ang2 peptide, VEGF antibody, and VEGF receptor-Fc fusion proteins are each defined below with reference to percent identity to a reference sequence. The chimeric molecule is a fusion protein, dual antagonist of Ang2 and VEGF for treatment of cancers, proliferative retinopathies, neovascular glaucoma, macular edema, AMD, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Anti-IL-22R antibodies
The present invention relates to antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof which bind to the cytokine receptor IL-22R, particularly human IL-22R. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof, and methods of treating psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis or atopic dermatitis.
Anti-alpha-synuclein antibodies
The present invention relates to antibodies binding alpha synuclein and fragments thereof capable of binding alpha synuclein as a monomer and in fibrils and preventing alpha synuclein aggregation induced by alpha synuclein fibrils. The antibodies of the present invention are for use in the treatment of alpha synucleinopathies, including Parkinson's disease.
