CONSTRAINED CONDITIONALLY ACTIVATED BINDING PROTEINS
The invention relates to COnditional Bispecific Redirected Activation constructs, or COBRAs, that are administered in an active pro-drug format. Upon exposure to tumor proteases, the constructs are cleaved and activated, such that they can bind both tumor target antigens (TTAs) as well as CD3, thus recruiting T cells expressing CD3 to the tumor, resulting in treatment.
Polypeptide expression systems
The present invention relates to polypeptide expression systems and methods of using the same.
ANTIGEN BINDING PROTEINS SPECIFICALLY BINDING MAGE-A
The present invention concerns antigen binding proteins specifically binding melanoma associated antigen A (MAGE-A) protein-derived antigens. The invention in particular provides antigen binding proteins which specifically bind to the MAGE-A antigenic peptide comprising or consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1 in a complex with a major histocombatibility (MHC) protein. The antigen binding proteins of the invention contain, in particular, the complementary determining regions (CDRs) of novel engineered T cell receptors (TCRs) that specifically bind to said MAGE-A peptide/MHC complex. The antigen binding proteins of the invention are of use for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of MAGE-A expressing cancerous diseases. Further provided are nucleic acids encoding the antigen binding proteins of the invention, vectors comprising these nucleic acids, recombinant cells expressing the antigen binding proteins and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antigen binding proteins of the invention.
Novel Antigen-Binding Chimeric Proteins and Methods and Uses Thereof
The present invention relates to the field of structural biology. More specifically, the present invention relates to novel antigen-binding chimeric proteins, their uses and methods in three-dimensional structural analysis of macromolecules, such as X-ray crystallography and high-resolution Cryo-EM, and their use as a therapeutic, diagnostic, or imaging tool. Even more specifically, the invention relates to a fusion of a scaffold protein and an antigen-binding domain wherein the scaffold protein of said fusion interrupts the Immunoglobulin domain topology to form a rigid chimer.
Optimized antibody variable regions
The present invention is directed to optimized anti-CD3 variable sequences for use in a variety of bispecific formats, including those that utilize scFv components. The invention further relates to nucleic acids encoding for the polypeptide, to vectors comprising the same and to host cells comprising the vector. In another aspect, the invention provides for a pharmaceutical composition comprising the mentioned polypeptide and medical uses of the polypeptide.
BLOOD-BRAIN BARRIER PERMEABLE PEPTIDE COMPOSITIONS
Blood-brain barrier permeable peptide compositions that contain variable antigen binding domains from camelid and/or shark heavy-chain only single-domain antibodies are described. The variable antigen binding domains of the peptide compositions bind to therapeutic and diagnostic biomarkers in the central nervous system, such as the amyloid-beta peptide biomarker for Alzheimer's disease. The peptide compositions contain constant domains from human IgG, camelid IgG, and/or shark IgNAR. The peptide compositions include heavy-chain only single-domain antibodies and compositions with one or more variable antigen binding domain bound to one or more constant domains.
MULTIVALENT BINDING MOLECULES
The present invention relates to a modular multivalent antigen-binding protein complex, use of the antigen-binding protein complex in medicine and use of the antigen-binding protein complex in the prophylaxis, treatment or diagnosis of a disorder or disease.
BISPECIFIC EGFR/CD16 ANTIGEN-BINDING PROTEIN
Described are tetravalent, bispecific EGFR/CD16A antigen-binding proteins for engaging NK-cells towards EGFR-positive cells. EGFR/CD16A antigen-binding proteins with different pharmacokinetic (PK) properties are described. Further described is the use of bispecific EGFR/CD16A antigen-binding proteins for the treatment of an EGFR-positive malignancy, such as EGFR-positive tumors.
Fusion Protein Including BDNF
The present invention provides a fusion protein of BDNF and an anti-human transferrin receptor antibody, in which in a heavy chain variable region of the antibody, (a) CDR1 includes an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 66 or SEQ ID NO: 67, (b) CDR2 includes an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13 or SEQ ID NO: 14, and (c) CDR3 includes an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15 or SEQ ID NO: 16.
VL ANTIGEN BINDING PROTEINS EXHIBITING DISTINCT BINDING CHARACTERISTICS
Methods for making, identifying, isolating and/or making binding proteins that contain an immunoglobulin light chain variable domain, including a somatically hypermutated light chain variable domain, fused with a heavy chain constant region, are provided. Exemplary binding proteins specific to small molecules are also provided.
