Pyrrolobenzodiazepine-anti-CD22 antibody conjugates

The disclosure provides conjugates of an isolated humanized anti-CD22 antibody and PBD dimers.

Therapeutic CD47 antibodies

Provided are anti-CD47 monoclonal antibodies (anti-CD47 mAbs) with distinct functional profiles as described herein, methods to generate anti-CD47 mAbs, and to methods of using these anti-CD47 mAbs as therapeutics for the prevention and treatment of solid and hematological cancers, ischemia-reperfusion injury, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases or as diagnostics for determining the level of CD47 in tissue samples.

CD47-CAR-T cells

The present invention provides a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) fusion protein comprising from N-terminus to C-terminus: (i) a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) comprising V.sub.H and V.sub.L, wherein scFv has an activity against CD47, (ii) a transmembrane domain, (iii) at least one co-stimulatory domains, and (iv) an activating domain. In one embodiment, the scFv is derived from a humanized anti-CD47 antibody. The present invention also provides T cells modified to express the CAR of the present invention.

Universal chimeric antigen receptor T cells specific for CD22

The present invention relates to new CD22 Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CD22 CAR), an engineered immune cell endowed with said new CD22 CAR and comprising at least inactivated TRAC gene for use in therapy. The engineered immune cells endowed with such CARs are particularly suited for treating relapsed refractory CD22 expressing cancers.

Antibody constructs for CLDN18.2 and CD3

The present invention relates to an antibody construct comprising a domain which binds to Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) and another domain which binds to CD3. Moreover, the invention provides a polynucleotide encoding the antibody construct, a vector comprising said polynucleotide and a host cell transformed or transfected with said polynucleotide or vector. Furthermore, the invention provides a process for producing the antibody construct of the invention, a medical use of said antibody construct and a kit comprising said antibody construct.

Antibodies to PfGARP kill Plasmodium falciparum malaria parasites and protect against infection and severe disease

Provided herein are methods, compositions and kits for preventing and treating malaria. Also included herein are kits for preventing and treating malaria.

Multifunctional natural killer (NK) cell engagers binding to NKp46 and CD123

The present disclosure relates to multifunctional binding proteins comprising a first and a second antigen binding domains (ABDs) and all or part of an immunoglobulin Fc region or variant thereof, wherein the first ABD binds specifically to human CD123 and the second ABD binds specifically to human NKp46 and wherein all or part of the immunoglobulin Fc region or variant thereof to a human Fc-γ receptor. The disclosure also relates to methods for making said binding proteins, compositions thereof, and their uses, including the treatment or prevention of proliferative disorders, including Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).

Dosages of immunoconjugates of antibodies and SN-38 for improved efficacy and decreased toxicity

The present invention relates to therapeutic immunoconjugates comprising SN-38 attached to an antibody or antigen-binding antibody fragment. The antibody may bind to EGP-1 (TROP-2), CEACAM5, CEACAM6, CD74, CD19, CD20, CD22, CSAp, HLA-DR, AFP or MUC5ac and the immunoconjugate may be administered at a dosage of between 4 mg/kg and 24 mg/kg, preferably 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 16 or 18 mg/kg. When administered at specified dosages and schedules, the immunoconjugate can reduce solid tumors in size, reduce or eliminate metastases and is effective to treat cancers resistant to standard therapies, such as radiation therapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy.

Chimeric antigen receptors targeting TIM-1

The invention provides chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that specifically bind to the T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 1 (TIM-1) protein. The invention further relates to modified immune cells, e.g., T or NK cells, comprising such CARs, CAR-encoding nucleic acids, CAR-encoding vectors, and methods of making such compositions. The invention further relates to methods for therapeutic use of these CARs and modified immune cells for the treatment of a condition, disorder, or disease associated with cells expressing TIM-1 (e.g., cancer).

Anti-CD3-binding domains and antibodies comprising them, and methods for their generation and use

Anti-CD3 binding domains and antibodies comprising them, including multispecific antibodies, with, inter alia, desirable T-cell activation and (re)directed target cell killing potency and developability, profiles are provided, as well as methods for their identification, isolation, and generation, and methods for their preparation and use. Reagents for identifying, isolating, selecting, generating and characterizing CD3 binding domains and antibodies comprising them are also provided.
