Antigen binding molecules and methods of use thereof
Isolated antigen binding molecules that specifically binds to a molecule comprising an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of GSTSGSGKPGSGEGSTKG (SEQ ID NO: 1), GSGKPGSGEG (SEQ ID NO: 2), GKPGSGEG (SEQ ID NO: 3), SGKPGSGE (SEQ ID NO: 499) and KPGSG (SEQ ID NO: 500) are provided. The antigen binding molecules can be used in the methods provided herein.
Methods of treatment using a leptin receptor agonist antibody
Provided herein are therapeutic methods of treatment using agonist leptin receptor (LEPR) antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof, or compositions comprising the LEPR antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof. Such therapeutic methods include treatment for conditions related to metabolic dysfunction, including for example, lipodystrophy, adiposity or obesity, reducing body weight, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, hyperphagia, hyperglycemia, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, hepatic steatosis, and infertility.
Tumor-targeted agonistic CD28 antigen binding molecules
The present invention relates to tumor targeted bispecific agonistic antigen binding molecules characterized by monovalent binding to CD28, methods for their production, pharmaceutical compositions containing these antibodies, and methods of using the same.
Optimization of Antibodies that Bind Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3 (LAG-3), and Uses Thereof
The present invention provides isolated monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind LAG-3, and have optimized functional properties compared to previously described anti-LAG-3 antibodies, such as antibody 25F7 (US 2011/0150892 A1). These properties include reduced deamidation sites, while still retaining high affinity binding to human LAG-3, and physical (i.e., thermal and chemical) stability. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies of the invention, expression vectors, host cells and methods for expressing the antibodies of the invention arc also provided, as well as immunoconjugates, bispecific molecules and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies. The present invention also provides methods for detecting LAG-3, as well as methods for treating stimulating immune responses using an anti-LAG-3 antibody of the invention. Combination therapy, in which the antibodies are co-administered with at least one additional immunostimulatory antibody, is also provided.
CELL COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR CANCER THERAPY
The present invention is directed to the field of immunotherapy. Specifically, the invention provides compositions and methods for improved T cell modulation ex vivo and in vivo and for the treatment of cancer and other pathologies. More specifically, embodiments of the invention are directed to the use of soluble NTB-A polypeptides or agonists thereof for the treatment of cancer patients, for preventing and treating cytopenia in susceptible patients, and for the ex vivo preparation of improved cell compositions.
CD3 BINDING ANTIBODIES
The present invention relates to human CD3 antigen-binding polypeptides and their preparation and use in the treatment and/or diagnosis of various diseases, and also relates to bispecific antibody molecules capable of activating immune effector cells and their use in diagnosis and/or treatment of various diseases.
Anti-coagulation factor XI antibodies
Antibodies that bind the apple 3 domain of human coagulation Factor XI and inhibit activation of FXI by coagulation factor XIIa as well as activation of FIX by FXIa are described.
SEMG2 ANTIBODY AND USE THEREOF
The present invention provides a compound agonizing or antagonizing the interaction between SEMG2 and CD27, comprising a small molecule inhibitor, a polypeptide, an antibody, or an antigen-binding fragment. The present invention further discloses methods of preparing antibodies for blocking the binding between SEMG2 and CD27 using the polypeptides as an immunogen with high efficiency. The present invention discloses methods of promoting anti- tumor immunity by blocking the contact of SEMG2 expressed by tumor cells with CD27 expressed by immune cells, also discloses a screening method for screening a therapeutic drug by blocking the binding between SEMG2 and CD27.
TREATMENT OF DISEASES RELATED TO ATP-BINDING CASSETTE TRANSPORTER 1 DYSFUNCTION USING TREM2 AGONISTS
The present invention provides a method of treating a disease or disorder caused by and/or associated with ABCD1 dysfunction in a human patient, the method comprising administering to the patient in need thereof an effective amount of a compound that increases the activity of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2). In some embodiments, compound that increases the activity of TREM2 is an agonist of TREM2. In some embodiments, the agonist of TREM2 is a small molecule agonist of TREM2 or an antibody agonist of TREM2.
Anti-human vista antibodies and use thereof
The invention provides agonistic anti-human VISTA antibodies and antibody fragments. These agonist antibodies and antibody fragments may be used to potentiate or enhance or mimic VISTA's suppressive effects on T cell immunity and thereby suppress T cell immunity. These agonist antibodies and antibody fragments are especially useful in the treatment of autoimmunity, allergy, inflammatory conditions, GVHD, sepsis and transplant recipients. Screening assays for identifying these agonists are also provided.
