The present invention relates to subcutaneous formulations of anti-CD38 antibodies and their uses.

Fc-Containing Molecules Exhibiting Predictable, Consistent, and Reproducible Glycoform Profiles

The present invention relates to variant Fc-containing molecules, such as antibodies and Fc-fusion molecules, having glycosylation characteristics favorable to large-scale production of therapeutic molecules containing such variant Fc.

ANTIBODY BINDING TO FCRN FOR TREATING AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES

The present disclosure relates to an isolated anti-FcRN antibody, which is an antibody binding to FcRN (stands for neonatal Fc receptor, also called FcRP, FcRB or Brambell receptor) that is a receptor with a high affinity for IgG or a fragment thereof, a method of preparing thereof, a composition for treating autoimmune disease, which comprises the antibody, and a method of treating and diagnosing autoimmune diseases using the antibody. The FcRn-specific antibody according to the present disclosure binds to FcRn non-competitively with IgG to reduce serum pathogenic auto-antibody levels, and thus can be used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.

Antagonist Antibodies Directed Against Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide and Methods Using Same

The invention features methods for preventing or treating CGRP associated disorders such as vasomotor symptoms and/or headaches (e.g., migraine, cluster headache, and tension headache) by administering an anti-CGRP antagonist antibody. Compositions for use in the disclosed methods are also provided. Antagonist antibody G1 and antibodies derived from G1 directed to CGRP are also described.

Binding Members to PD-L1

The present invention relates to anti-PD-L1 binding members and in particular to monovalent, high potency PD-L1-binding antibody fragments being highly stable and soluble. Such binding members may be used in the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases as well as in diagnostics. Also provided are related nucleic acids, vectors, cells, and compositions.

POLYPEPTIDES THAT BIND COMPLEMENT COMPONENT C5 OR SERUM ALBUMIN AND FUSION PROTEINS THEREOF

The disclosure provides engineered polypeptides that specifically bind to human complement component C5 and/or serum albumin. The disclosure also provides fusion proteins comprising such engineered polypeptides, wherein such fusion proteins may be multivalent and multi-specific fusion proteins. The disclosure further provides nucleic acid molecules that encode such engineered polypeptides or fusion proteins, and methods of making such engineered polypeptides or fusion proteins. The disclosure further provides pharmaceutical compositions that comprise such engineered polypeptides or fusion proteins, and methods of treatment using such engineered polypeptides or fusion proteins.

Masked Cytokine Polypeptides

Provided herein are cytokines or functional fragments thereof that, in some embodiments, are engineered to be masked by a masking moiety at one or more receptor binding site(s) of the cytokine or functional fragment thereof. In some embodiments, the cytokines are engineered to be activatable by a protease at a target site, such as in a tumor microenvironment, by including a proteolytically cleavable linker. In some embodiments, the proteolytically cleavable linker links the cytokine to the masking moiety, links the cytokine to a half-life extension domain, and/or links the masking moiety to a half-life extension domain. The masking moiety blocks, occludes, inhibits (e.g., decreases) or otherwise prevents (e.g., masks) the activity or binding of the cytokine to its cognate receptor or protein. Upon proteolytic cleavage of the cleavable linker at the target site, the cytokine becomes activated, which renders it capable of binding to its cognate receptor or protein with increased affinity.

ANTI-IL-36 ANTIBODIES AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF

The present invention provides binding proteins, such as antibodies and antigen-binding fragments, which specifically bind to human IL-36 cytokines, IL-36α, IL-36β, and/or IL-36γ, and block the IL-36 stimulated signaling pathways. Compositions comprising such binding proteins and methods of making and using such binding proteins are also provided.

MODIFIED IMMUNOGLUBIN FC REGIONS

Provided are proteins comprising a variant IgG Fc region, wherein the proteins exhibit significantly reduced binding to human FcγRI when compared with a reference protein comprising the amino acid substitutions L234A/L235A/P329G. Also provided are compositions, methods of treatment and methods to reduce Fc-induced effector functions in a parent protein.

BTLA ANTIBODIES

This invention relates generally to antibodies that bind to human B and T lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA) and uses thereof. More specifically, the invention relates to agonistic antibodies that bind human BTLA and modulate its activity, and their use in treating inflammatory, autoimmune and proliferative diseases and disorders. Suitably, the antibodies also possess an Fc modification that enhances signalling through FcγR2B.
