Storage Components for a Configurable Storage System
A storage system in which storage components are connected in a cantilevered fashion to vertical standard uses thin cantilevered brackets support storage components. Despite the tendency of such brackets to swing when attached to the vertical standard, the cantilevered brackets are constructed and support the storage components in a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing manner. A thin cantilevered bracket made from a single, flat piece of metal oriented vertically and projecting from a connection interface includes a ledge extending from its side surface below a top edge of the bracket to support one end of a shelf or other planar member forming a storage component. A thin cantilevered bracket with an offset projection that attaches to an inside surface of a side panel of an enclosure that allows the side panel to align with the bracket connection interface.
Bracket to Support a Shelf
The present application provides various examples of bracket for mounting a shelf to a flat vertical surface such as a wall. Examples and configurations disclosed herein provide brackets that have a high ratio of weight-supporting capacity to visibility relative to previous wall-mountable shelf-support apparatuses. One or more elongate members may extend through one or more apertures in a metal base. The proximal end(s) of the one or more elongate members may be welded to the back of the metal base around a cross-sectional perimeter of a cross-sectional shape that is shared by the proximal ends of the elongate members and the back ends of the apertures.
ADJUSTABLE ANGLE SHELF BRACKET
A bracket assembly for attaching a shelf to a support structure at different angles. The bracket assembly comprises a bracket, an adjustment structure, and a locking structure. The bracket comprises a shelf support surface and a projecting portion with a notch extending from an attachment side of the bracket. The adjustment structure comprises a number of sides that are moveable between a plurality of different positions to change the shape of the notch in the projecting portion for attaching the bracket to the support structure at different angles. Different sides of the adjustment structure may be positioned to change the size of the notch for attaching the bracket to support structures with different thicknesses of material. The locking structure is configured to prevent movement of the adjustment structure when the adjustment structure is in position.
Anchor system for extruded columns
An anchoring system for extruded columns which is useful in supporting structures in a way that does not require drilling or screwing into the column structure. The anchoring system is comprised of brackets which are mounted against extruded columns by inserting a bracket blade into place between a gasket and a structural medium. The anchoring brackets are preferably composed of two pieces which link together for increased support. The anchoring system can support a variety of mountings which can be either physically attached to the anchoring brackets or rest atop the anchoring brackets.
RETAIL MERCHANDISE TRAY WITH IMPROVED MOUNTING, SPACING AND LOCATING
A retail merchandise tray is provided. The retail merchandise tray may have a load bearing member formed from a rail attached to a mounting plate. The mounting plate and rail forming a downward opening notch for mounting to a tray support structure. The tray may have a locating flange that carries a locating pin that engages a tray support structure. The locating pin locating the tray along the tray support structure. The tray may have at least one divider assembly. The divider assembly includes outward extending offset projections that can prevent an adjacent tray from contacting the divider wall.
Furniture
Furniture articles have an integrally formed shell that generally has rounded features, the shell diminishing in circumference outwardly from a mounting surface, and a mounting portion configured to secure the shell to the mounting surface. A perimeter edge of the shell defines a mounting plane against which the mounting surface is to be secured. When the shell is secured to the mounting surface, the mounting portion is inaccessible and hidden from view. Furniture includes a shelving unit, a desk unit, a seating unit, and a bed.
MOUNTING CLIP FOR ADJUSTABLE SHELF SYSTEMS
Disclosed is a mounting clip for adjustable shelf systems, which ensures reliable and durable fixing of adjustable shelf boards without leaving any screw holes or marks on the board and also provides a possibility to dismount shelf boards by being re-adjustable in the same or different location. The mounting clip automatically locks its position between the shelf board and upper part of the rail opening. When the clip reaches its final position the wings will pass through the opening and create a snap in fixation.
SUPPORT COMPONENT, TRAY COMPONENT, AND REFRIGERATION APPLIANCE
A support component for a tray component of a refrigeration appliance includes an outer frame, an inner frame, and a reinforcing member. The outer frame has a first open end, the first open end is configured for inserting at least one part of the reinforcing member into the outer frame. The inner frame is connected to the outer frame and at least one part of the reinforcing member is located between the inner frame and the outer frame. The support component with such a structure reduces the probability that the partial structure of a frame is damaged due to the compression of a reinforcing member. The tray component and the refrigeration appliance having the support component have a high product yield and are not likely to fall apart.
Shelf system and method of mounting a shelf
A shelf system for mounting a shelf to a wall, which includes a shelf having a rear edge and first and second shelf fasteners coupled to the shelf and protruding from the rear edge. The shelf system may also include a mounting bracket assembly for mounting directly to a wall and to which the shelf is to be coupled. The mounting bracket assembly may include first and second shelf engaging portions that have mounting apertures therethrough. Wall fasteners may extend through the mounting apertures of the first and second shelf engaging portions to mount the mounting bracket assembly to the wall. The portions of the first and second shelf fasteners which protrude from the rear edge of the shelf may be inserted into the mounting apertures of the first and second shelf engaging portions of the mounting bracket assembly to couple the shelf to the mounting bracket assembly.
MERCHANDISE INVENTORY DATA COLLECTION FOR SHELF SYSTEMS USING LIGHT SENSORS
Disclosed is a system for real-time measurement of inventory on shelves. The system uses light sensors placed in association with the inventory and the shelves to measure in real-time the removal/replacement of inventory from the shelves. When inventory is on the shelves, less light reaches the light sensors. As inventory is removed from shelves, the light sensors receive more light. The difference in light received generates as signal that can be measured, thereby allowing for determining inventory levels on each shelf. The system may be retro-fitted to existing shelving systems, thereby avoiding the cost of purchasing new shelving systems. The system can work on any shelving system, including gravity-feed roller shelf (GRS), flat shelves, and spring loaded pusher shelves, and is unaffected by usual temperatures found in retail establishments and can thus work in both refrigerated and unrefrigerated systems. Also disclosed are related methods.
