Stapled on clamp
The present invention includes a system for quickly and simply manufacturing semi-custom cabinetry utilizing a stapled on clamps. The stapled on clamp allows panels of the cabinet to quickly and securely join together, with significant load bearing ability. The clamp allows for different ways of discretely joining pieces together to create custom cabinetry during installation. The stapled on clamp can be used for toe box construction as either a single pin or a double pin.
Floating shelf bracket with welded rods
A bracket for a floating shelf comprises a solid plate with a planar back side to abut to a wall. A plurality of circular apertures extends through the solid plate. A plurality of rods is secured to the solid plate and extend therefrom, with each rod having a proximal end received within a different one of the plurality of circular apertures. The proximal ends of the plurality of rods are flush with the planar back side of the solid plate and the wall. An array of counterbore slots or bores with enlarged openings extend through the solid plate and is arranged in series and extend laterally from one lateral side of the solid plate to an opposite lateral side of the solid plate.
FOLDABLE SHELVING UNIT WITH PIVOT BLOCK
A pivot block for a foldable shelving unit is disclosed. The pivot block includes a body having a first end, a second end, a top edge, a bottom edge, and a cutout portion positioned between the top edge and the bottom edge. The pivot block further includes a first securing portion located at the first end, the first securing portion configured to be secured to a spring, and a second securing portion located at the second end, the second securing portion configured to be secured to a portion of the foldable shelving unit. The pivot block also includes a pivot point located within the cutout portion. The pivot block is configured to assist a shelf of the foldable shelving unit to pivot at the pivot point between a first position and a second position.

An assembly/joining device (10) for parts or components of modular furniture and furnishing accessories of the shelf units, bookcases, cupboards, bed frames type and the like, including a pin (12) and a bushing (14) inserted in dedicated seats made in the components of the furniture to be joined and attached rigidly one with respect to the other, the pin (12) which includes a ferrule (24) elastically retractable internally to the pin apt to couple with the bushing (14) and co-operating with guide elements of the bushing (14) for a coupling/uncoupling between the pin (12) and bushing (14) during assembly/disassembly of the furniture parts.
Shelf-lit shelving unit
The present disclosure relates to shelving units, more particularly shelving units having a lighting component that illuminates a product and/or provides ambient light. According to some aspects of the present disclosure, the shelf could be made from a transparent material and could include a lighting strip disposed in a groove in a front edge of the shelf. A power connector is provided for receiving power from a power supply. A reflective laminate could be disposed on top, front, rear, and lateral sides of the shelf. A second laminate could be disposed over the reflective laminate. A bottom surface of the shelf could be altered to evenly scatter light from the lighting strip. According to further aspects of the present disclosure, a floating shelf having a top layer, a bottom layer, and spacers, and a mounting bracket having a wall harness, hinges, and support rods are provided.
Platform mounting system and method
A surface platform mounting system and method. The system includes a platform and a plurality of anchoring plates. The platform defines at least one anchoring edge and at least one free edge. Each anchoring edge defines an inwardly extending channel. Each anchoring plate is configured to be secured within a respective channel and within a respective slot of the surface.
Foldable shelving unit with pivot block
A pivot block for a foldable shelving unit is disclosed. The pivot block includes a body having a first end, a second end, a top edge, a bottom edge, and a cutout portion positioned between the top edge and the bottom edge. The pivot block further includes a first securing portion located at the first end, the first securing portion configured to be secured to a spring, and a second securing portion located at the second end, the second securing portion configured to be secured to a portion of the foldable shelving unit. The pivot block also includes a pivot point located within the cutout portion. The pivot block is configured to assist a shelf of the foldable shelving unit to pivot at the pivot point between a first position and a second position.

A joining device for parts of furniture and furnishing accessories includes a casing or container body suitable for being inserted in a seat formed in one of the components of the item of furniture to be joined and provided with an expansion bushing externally projecting with respect to a first end or front end of said casing or container body and suitable for engaging with a further seat of a further component of the item of furniture to be joined to the component wherein the casing or container body is inserted. Said joining device includes a cam mechanism for a linear motion of actuation means co-operating in an expansion and retraction deformation movement of the expansion bushing and simultaneous expansion of at least one portion of said casing or container body, with said cam mechanism and actuation means housed in the casing or container body and actuated by a tool.
MAGNETIC INVISIBLE SHELF SUPPORT
A system for binding horizontal and vertical panels is provided. The system comprises a casing comprising a barrel and a cover, the casing inserted into an end of a horizontal panel. The system also comprises a cylindrical metal insert embedded into a first surface of a vertical panel. The system also comprises a sliding metal pin inside the casing that receives attraction with a magnet placed on a second surface of the horizontal panel proximate the casing. The pin moves, based on the received attraction and after the end of the horizontal panel is placed against the vertical panel at a location of the insert, the movement of the pin based on movement of the magnet. The pin also protrudes partially, based on the movement through a first hole in the cover, into a second hole in the insert.
Shelf fitting for a furniture assembley
A fitting for connecting two parts includes a first and second fitting part. The first fitting part has a first installation body, with a slider, movably guided against a restoring force from a front starting position. At least one front slider end has an undercut protruding out of the first installation body toward the front. The second installation body has a keyhole with an insertion opening for inserting the front slider end and with a slotted opening, which adjoins the insertion opening and which is constricted in comparison with the insertion opening, for engaging behind the undercut of the front slider end. The slider has a gear rack and a gear rotatably mounted in the first installation body and meshes with the gear rack and can be manually rotated.
