Modular cabinet with hidden clamping system
The present invention includes a system for quickly and simply manufacturing semi-custom cabinetry utilizing a hidden pin joining system. The hidden pin joining system allows panels of a cabinet, or other items, to quickly and securely join together, with significant load bearing ability. The joining pin designs allow for discretely joining pieces together to create custom cabinetry during installation. The specially designed drill bits allow the system to work seamlessly. Using CAD/CAM machinery, the drill bits can cut stock pieces that can be taken to installation sites, and formed into custom cabinetry for kitchen, closets, or any other desired shelving units.
Hidden Joining Device for Parts of Furniture and Furnishing Items
A hidden joining device for parts of furniture and furnishing items, in particular between a first panel, such as a shoulder of a piece of furniture, and a second panel, such as a base or shelf or top of a piece of furniture, which must be moved toward each other along an approach direction to bring the edge of one panel abutted in a tightening position against a surface of the other panel, includes a blocking group and a connection group coupled to those panels The blocking group is inserted inside a seat that is contained in the thickness of the panel on which the blocking group is applied. The seat has an axis perpendicular to the approach direction and extends from a rear edge of the panels toward the interior of the panels, forming a single visible hole in the two panels when connected.
Assembling facilitating device
The present disclosure relates to a device for facilitating assembling of a product involving attaching a first surface (5), of a first part, to a second surface (7), of a second part. The device comprises a first unit (9) intended to be embedded in the first surface and a second unit (11) unit intended to be embedded in the second surface, and having a cavity that is open at the second surface. The first unit comprises a piston (17), which is moveable between a retracted position and an extended position, where the piston extends out of the first unit. The second unit comprises an activator part that interacts magnetically with the piston such that the piston moves to the extended position, extending into the cavity, when the first and second surfaces are in contact and the first and second openings are aligned.
Joining device with wide accessibility for parts of furniture and furnishing items
A joining device with wide accessibility for parts of furniture and furnishing items, of a first panel to a second panel to be moved towards each other to bring an edge of the second panel abutted in a tightening position against a surface of the first panel, includes a blocking group and a connection group. The blocking group is inserted inside a seat defined within the first panel and receiving the blocking group, and includes a toothed crown, which is housed in a casing positioned in a first holing in the first panel and which controls the movement of a grub screw engaging a pin of the connection group. The casing includes a pair of half-shells that can be coupled with each other and that each contain a hole that is aligned on the two half- shells and with an additional holing of the shoulder intersecting the first holing.
Device for joining of parts of furniture and furnishing accessories
A joining device for parts of furniture and furnishing accessories, including a casing or container body suitable for being inserted in a seat formed in one of the components of the item of furniture to be joined and provided with an expansion bushing externally projecting with respect to an open end of the casing or container body and suitable for engaging with a further seat of a further component of the item of furniture to be joined to the component wherein the casing or container body is inserted, the joining device which includes a cam mechanism for a linear and reciprocated motion of an actuation unit co-operating in an expansion deformation movement of the expansion bushing and in a backward and traction movement of the same expansion bushing, with the cam mechanism and the actuation unit housed in the casing or container body and actuated by a tool.
PLATFORM MOUNTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A surface platform mounting system and method. The system includes a platform and a plurality of anchoring plates. The platform defines at least one anchoring edge and at least one free edge. Each anchoring edge defines an inwardly extending channel. Each anchoring plate is configured to be secured within a respective channel and within a respective slot of the surface.
JOINING DEVICE, PARTICULARLY FOR JOINING A SHELF TO A WALL OF A PIECE OF FURNITURE
A joining device, particularly for joining a shelf to a wall of a piece of furniture, having a cylindrical body associated in a first hole adapted to be provided transversely in the shelf and having a first axial seat for the rotatable coupling of a first stem of a screw provided with a first crown-shaped head that can be arranged rotatably within a second seat that is adjacent to the first seat. A-a second hole is adapted to be provided in the shelf at right angles to the first hole and accommodates, substantially flush with or below the upper surface, an insert. The insert is provided with a seventh seat for the third head of a first tool coupled rotatably with the first crown-shaped head.
CONNECTING DEVICE BETWEEN COMPONENTS OF A PIECE OF FURNITURE, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SAID DEVICE
A method for the production of a connecting device for the components of piece of furniture, characterized in that it includes the steps of preparation of a casing extending along a longitudinal axis and provided with a first and a second half-shell both concave and mutually rotatably connected in correspondence of a reciprocal connecting line defining an tilting axis, in which said half-shells are mutually put side by side with the respective concavities facing upwards, predisposition of at least one tie rod, predisposition of at least one eccentric element and at least one tie rod, tilting of the second half-shell around the axis from the open position to a closed position, in which the half-shells are mutually abutted in correspondence of respective peripheral edges and the respective concavities defining the housing space for the tie rod and the eccentric element.
FURNITURE CONNECTING AND FIXING DEVICE
Disclosed is a furniture connecting and fixing device which allows pieces of furniture or partitions to be connected or separated without using an additional tool and which makes pieces of furniture to be firmly connected even upon an external force. The furniture connecting and fixing device includes: a female body having a female magnetic plate fixed and embedded therein; a male magnetic plate magnetically attached to the female magnetic plate; a male body having the male magnetic plate embedded therein in a manner such that a part of the male magnetic plate is able to enter and exit from the male body; and a magnetic space which is formed inside the female body and into which a part of the male magnetic plate protruding from the male body due to a magnetic force is inserted to be magnetically attached to the female magnetic plate.
CONNECTING DEVICE BETWEEN COMPONENTS OF A PIECE OF FURNITURE
A connecting device between components of a piece of furniture includes a casing capable of being received in a first seat and in a second seat obtained respectively in a first and in a second component of the piece of furniture, and including a first and a second radially expandable region to engage respectively the first and the second component in correspondence of the first and the second seat, a tie rod received inside the casing with axial sliding power towards and from a locking position, and including a first segment in enlarged section and a second segment in enlarged section susceptible of engagement respectively with the first and the second region to determine a radial expansion of the casing when the rod is moved in the locking position, and an eccentric element arranged to engage a head of the tie rod and axially move it towards the locking position when the eccentric element rotates around its main axis.
