Provided by the present invention is a production method of a polyvinyl alcohol resin in which a content of organic volatiles has been reduced while inhibiting fusing of the resin to itself. The production method includes a step of washing, with a washing liquid, a polyvinyl alcohol obtained by saponifying a polyvinyl ester, wherein the washing liquid contains 50 to 98 parts by mass of methyl acetate, 1 to 49 parts by mass of methanol, and 1 to 10 parts by mass of water with respect to 100 parts by mass being a total of methyl acetate, methanol, and water.

The present invention relates to a method for purifying N-substituted maleimide. More particularly, the present invention adopts an evaporation apparatus, which can previously remove impurities having higher boiling points than the N-substituted maleimide after removing an organic solvent from an N-substituted maleimide resulting solution, thereby achieving effects of minimizing the pressure loss and polymerization loss, and obtaining high-purity N-substituted maleimide.

The present invention relates to a method for purifying N-substituted maleimide. A method of producing at least one or more resins is disclosed. The method includes providing an amount of raw coal. The raw coal includes one or more impurities therein. The method also includes beneficiating the amount of raw coal to selectively removing at least a portion of some of the one or more impurities in the raw coal to form beneficiated coal. Additionally, the method includes processing the beneficiated coal to produce an amount of pitch. The method further includes modifying at least some of the pitch to produce the one or more resins. The one or more resins include a selected amount of a remainder of the one or more impurities that were not removed while beneficiating the amount of the raw coal, processing the beneficiated coal, and modifying at least some of the pitch.
METHODS FOR FORMING RESINS AND OTHER BYPRODUCTS FROM RAW COAL
A method of producing at least one or more resins is disclosed. The method includes providing an amount of raw coal. The raw coal includes one or more impurities therein. Additionally, the method includes processing the beneficiated coal to produce an amount of pitch. The method further includes modifying at least some of the pitch to produce the one or more resins. The one or more resins include a selected amount of a remainder of the one or more impurities that were not removed while beneficiating the amount of the raw coal, processing the beneficiated coal, and modifying at least some of the pitch.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING PURIFIED FLUOROPOLYMER
Provided is a method for producing a purified fluoropolymer containing less fluoridable end groups. The production method includes: (a) melting a fluoropolymer to give a molten fluoropolymer; (b) reducing a reaction inhibitor in the molten fluoropolymer; (c) bringing the molten fluoropolymer into contact with an active substance after the step (b); and (d) removing a volatile matter from the molten fluoropolymer after the step (c).

Provided is a method for producing a purified fluoropolymer containing less fluoridable end groups. SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING FLUOROPOLYMER MATERIALS AND RELATED WORKPIECES
A method for removing perfluorinated compounds from a fluoropolymer material is provided. The method includes the steps of: (a) providing the fluoropolymer material in a chamber; (b) providing an anaerobic environment in the chamber; and (c) providing a fluorination gas in the chamber, thereby exposing the fluoropolymer material to the fluorination gas. The method results in the removal the perfluorinated compounds from the fluoropolymer material.
