The present invention aims to provide a chloroprene-based polymer latex capable of obtaining a dip-molded product of a chloroprene-based polymer, wherein the dip-molded product has sufficient tensile strength at break and excellent texture.

According to the present invention, provided is a chloroprene-based polymer latex, wherein apparent hardness of a 0.600.10 mm-thick dip-molded film containing the chloroprene-based polymer latex, measured at 23 C. using a Wallace micro automatic hardness tester, is 25.0 IRHD or more and 40.0 IRHD or less, the 0.600.10 mm-thick dip-molded film is a laminate of multiple 0.15 to 0.25 mm-thick dip-molded films, the 0.15 to 0.25 mm-thick dip-molded film is obtained by immersing a ceramic mold to which a calcium-based coagulation liquid has been applied in a chloroprene-based polymer latex composition containing the chloroprene-based polymer latex by an immersion coagulation method, and then subjecting the dip-molded film to a heat-drying treatment at 150 C. for 60 minutes.

Method for preparing vinyl chloride-based resin

Provided is a method of preparing a vinyl chloride-based resin that includes preparing slurry through suspension polymerization by mixing a monomer, an oil soluble initiator, a dispersant, and an additive including an emulsifier, a water-soluble initiator, or a combination thereof, wherein the monomer includes vinyl chloride, an unsaturated carboxylic acid-based compound, and an ethylenic unsaturated compound that is copolymerizable therewith, and the emulsifier includes an anionic emulsifier, a non-ionic emulsifier, or a combination thereof.

Fluoroelastomers

A fluoroelastomer comprising a copolymer of fluoroolefin monomers selected from one or more of the group consisting of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene, 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, and ethylenically unsaturated co-monomers; wherein the fluoroelastomer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of from about 60 C. to about 53 C. A process of making the fluoroelastomer.

A method of producing a fluorine-containing compound is a method of producing a compound (30) having partial structure (3) by an insertion reaction of compound (20) into compound (10) that has partial structure (1), in the presence of an ionic catalyst formed from a specific monovalent anion and a counter cation. In the formulas, * represents a bonding site, and X.sup.1 and R.sup.1 to R.sup.4 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, or an organic group having a carbon number of 1 to 20 which may have a substituent. ##STR00001##
