Frame construction for a rack system
A frame construction, in particular for a rack system, includes two vertical columns each in the form of a rectangular hollow profiled column element having a longitudinal groove, the two groove legs of which lying opposite each other each have on the inside two longitudinal ribs, between which a hole pattern strip is inserted into the hollow profiled column element. A plurality of horizontal crossbeams, which are fastened to the two columns, each are in the form of a rectangular hollow profiled crossbeam element. Crossbeam connectors are fastened to the end faces of the hollow profiled crossbeam element. The crossbeam connectors each engage, with at least one pin, in one of the holes of the hole pattern strips.
Overhead storage system and method
Free standing storage system for garage spaces and the like, without requiring any attachments, and no tools are required. The system includes positioning four or six vertical supports (posts), each having ends with extendable threaded footers/screw type jacks that can vertically abut each support (post) against both a floor surface and a ceiling surface. Posts can have a generally rectangular configuration with two short spaces between two supports (posts) on a left and right side, and two longs spaces between the two supports (posts) between the left and right pairs of supports (posts). Fasteners, can attach parts together. A pair of telescoping horizontal beams can be positioned between the left and right side posts. Horizontal accessory bars and horizontal beams can support storage racks, and/or hooks for additional storage for items that can include rakes, shovels, bicycles, electrical cords, brooms, wood, and the like.

Foldable shelving construction
A shelving unit adapted for attachment to a vertical surface has a plurality of square cross-section tubes that are to be attached vertically the surface. The tubes have slots arranged in horizontal pairs in vertically spaced relation along the length of the tubes. Fitted into the slots are L-shaped steel plates having first and second legs. The first legs are pivotally mounted within the tubes to swing through the slots. A stop is provided causing the second leg to extend perpendicularly to a front side of the square tubes. Sandwiched between the second legs of each adjacent pair of plates are shelf supports for rectangular shelves. The pivotal mount of the plate pairs allows a shelf to be shifted from a horizontal and vertical disposition. Spring latches attached to the tubes serve to releasably secure the shelves in their vertical disposition.
Tube rack-outs for use with exercise machine
A tube rack-out system for use in an exercise machine having: a hollow support structure having an aperture therein; an angled tubular member, the angled tubular member having a first end received into the aperture in the hollow support and a second end that is angled upwardly; and a cover passing over an upper surface of the angled tubular member, the cover being connected onto the hollow support structure. The system enables the mounting of individual rack-outs on a support member and provides a large surface area between the covers and the angled tubular member below the covers, thereby contributing to the long life of the covers.
Shelf holding structure having attachable and detachable power supply
The purpose of a shelf holding structure having an attachable and detachable power supply according to the present invention is to provide a shelf holding structure to which power is supplied, wherein the shelf holding structure has a very pleasing aesthetical appearance because a shelf power supply device is not exposed to the outside, simple and expandable construction of the power supply is possible to suit varying on-site circumstances, and the power supply device can be easily detached and attached.
Load module for inserting into a tube of a three-dimensional supporting tube structure of a furniture system
A load module for inserting into a tube of a three-dimensional supporting tube structure of a furniture system comprises an elongate housing. Arranged on an outer side of the housing are two contact elements having different polarities for electrically contacting the load module. The contact elements arranged such that, with the load module in inserted states, they contact two contact surfaces of different polarity, which are arranged in the interior of the tube, in a radial direction. Housing has a central region in a longitudinal direction with at least one projecting element and outer regions in the longitudinal direction, the load module can be inserted into a tube, which is provided with an elongate opening, of the tube structure such that the at least one projecting element interacts with an edge of the opening, and the outer regions bear against an inner lateral surface of the tube in regions adjoining the opening. A first of the contact elements is arranged in a first circumferential position in one of the outer regions.
Butt-joining and positioning structure of vertical bar with hook hole
A structure includes: two abutted vertical bars having a rectangular tube shape; a plurality of hook hole groups on the side wall thereof; the side walls of the vertical bars are provided with first and second locking through holes, respectively, at the place adjacent to the butt-joining opening thereof; a hook hole group is arranged between one butt-joining opening and the first or second locking through hole; a bidirectional plug-in butt-joining member is assembled between the two butt-joining openings at the opposite ends of the two vertical bars, and the bidirectional plug-in butt-joining member further includes recess portions that are aligned with the hook hole groups arranged on the vertical bar adjacent to the butt-joining opening; and first and second positioning holes arranged on the side wall of the bidirectional plug-in butt-joining member and aligned with the respective locking through holes for locking through the respective locking member.
Structural column for a server rack
A structural column for a server includes a first bent portion, a second bent portion connected with the first bent portion, a third bent portion connected with the second bent portion, a fourth bent portion connected with the third bent portion, and a fifth bent portion connected with the fourth bent portion. The structural column is made from a single piece of flat sheet metal and the shapes of the bent portions and their respective interactions, without fasteners or other joining means, provide high strength and light weight.
