The first layer and the second layer are at least partially overlapped and composited such that a plurality portions of the second panel member are recessed in a direction toward the first panel member to form a predetermined number of supporting structures distributed in a predetermined manner, wherein each of the supporting structures forms a recessed cavity therein and is at least partially fused with the first panel member in such a manner that an area of the first panel member being fused and occupied by the corresponding supporting structure is s, and a thickness of a position where the first panel member fused with the second panel member is t, where s/t.sup.2 is greater than 0.1.
BLOW-MOLDED UNITARY STRUCTURE WITH ENHANCED STRENGTH
A blow-molded unitary structure includes a panel having first and second panel walls and a generally hollow interior between the first and second panel walls. The structure also includes a plurality of depressions, or at least one ridge, or both the depressions and ridge to enhance the strength of the structure. The plurality of depressions is monolithically formed with the panel, recessing from the second panel wall toward the first panel wall. A depression has a side wall composed of first and second segments. Cross-sectional-wise, the first and second segments have different widths and thus collectively forms a step between the first and second segments. A ridge is also monolithically formed with the panel and includes a section, at which the width of the ridge varies along the height direction of the ridge.
Improved Furniture Components and Assemblies
A furniture panel and a furniture assembly which incorporates such a panel. The panel is formed from at least two structural components including a first structural component being an edge structure and a second or subsequent structural component(s) selected from one or more cover sheet(s) and one or more edge structure(s). At least one internal fixing element is also provided to engage together at least two of said structural components, with the internal fixing element or elements being at least partially enclosed within a housing defined by the engagement of said structural components. The housing defined at least partially conceals the internal fixing element from view.
Method for wrapping edge of composite board
Disclosed is an edge wrapping method for a composite board, the top board of the composite board surrounds the bottom board of the composite board, a part or all of the side of the top board is disposed with a connecting portion extending beyond the bottom board and extending outwardly; the adjacent portion of the connecting portion and the bottom board are heated, and then the connecting portion is folded toward the inner side of the composite board and the connecting portion is welded to the side of the bottom board. The connecting portion and the bottom board are heated, and the root portion of the connecting portion near one end of the bottom board and the position of the bottom board close to the connecting portion are heated to a molten state, and then, the connecting portion is folded, and the connecting portion and the bottom board are welded together, the production efficiency of the present invention is high, the automatic production is realized, and the product qualification rate is effectively improved.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FURNITURE USING EXTRUDED POLYMER PROFILES
A method for manufacturing furniture using extruded polymeric honeycomb profiles, capable of providing the market with a sustainable product which can be exposed to moisture. The method includes three polymeric extruded honeycomb profiles, the extruded profile being fitted to the profile by inserting the flanges into the angled conformation, being anchored by the contact of the external flexible flaps with the flexible flaps. The union of profiles and provides an intermediate fitting allowing fixating the shelves, for example, being anchored by inserting the appendage into the angled conformations, fixating them through contact of the flexible external flanges with the external flexible flaps, allowing the formation of a three-part conjugation, being one profile and two profiles. The method allows the union of two profiles through the union of the external flexible flaps of the appendage, anchored to the internal flexible flaps of the flanges. After fitting the three profiles, which can be bottom, bases and shelves, the furniture is semi finished, the sides are mounted using profiles also fitted to the bottom, which refer to and position them, allowing the use of self-tapping screws attached to the hole of the support, allowing it to be anchored internally to the profiles, thus improving the finish in view of its honeycomb structure, after being finished with the cap to conceal the hole and the screw. The cutting edges are covered with adhesive border strips along the side walls, internal structural elements and supports.
