EPOXY AMINE ADDUCT, CURING CATALYST, RESIN COMPOSITION, SEALING MATERIAL, ADHESIVE AND CURED ARTICLE
An object of the present invention is to provide an epoxy amine adduct, a curing catalyst, a resin composition, a sealing material, an adhesive agent, and a cured product, which have good characteristics. There is prepared an epoxy amine adduct in which a value of (melting onset temperature at a temperature increasing rate of 50° C./min)/(melting onset temperature at a temperature increasing rate of 10° C./min) in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is 1.00 or more and 1.10 or less. There are prepared a curing catalyst for epoxy resin containing the epoxy amine adduct, a resin composition containing the curing catalyst, a sealing material or an adhesive agent each containing the resin composition, and a cured product obtained by curing the resin composition.

Photocurable composition and method for producing semiconductor device
A photocurable composition for forming coating film having flattening properties on a substrate, with high fillability into patterns and capability of forming a coating film that is free from thermal shrinkage, which contains at least one compound that contains a photodegradable nitrogen-containing and/or sulfur-containing structure, a hydrocarbon structure, and a solvent. A compound which contains at least one photodegradable structure in one molecule. A compound which contains the photodegradable structures, and the hydrocarbon structure in one molecule, or a combination of compounds which contain the structures in separate molecules. The hydrocarbon structure is a saturated or unsaturated, linear, branched or cyclic hydrocarbon group having a carbon atom number of 1 to 40. The nitrogen-containing structure contains a reactive nitrogen-containing functional group or reactive carbon-containing functional group produced by irradiation with ultraviolet light; and the sulfur-containing structure contains an organic sulfur radical or carbon radical produced by irradiation with ultraviolet light.

IMPROVED FAST CURE EPOXY RESINS AND PREPREGS OBTAINED THEREFROM
This invention relates to a composition comprising a semisolid epoxy resin containing a curative dispersed therein. The curative has a particle size such that at least 90% of the particles have a size below 25 pm at ambient temperature of 21° C., wherein the composition further comprises a diluent containing a particulate filler. The composition is used as matrix in prepregs. The use of the diluent increases peel strength of the composition when brought into contact with metal or wood substrate.
