Method for forming a laminate countertop
A method of forming a laminate countertop with a curved edge profile extending around at least two adjacent sides thereof includes providing a base support having a top surface, a bottom surface, latitudinal sides, and longitudinal sides. At least one of the longitudinal sides includes the curved edge profile. The method further includes: adhering a laminate sheet to the base support to form a laminate cover over at least a portion of the top surface and a portion of the curved edge profile of the base support and mounting a preformed edge member having a curved edge profile to one of the sides of the base support to form a laminate countertop having curved edges extending around at least two sides thereof. To align the edge member and the base support, the preformed edge member is mounted to a brace to remove bowing or curvature from the preformed edge member.
Inner Support Panel and Applications
An inner support panel includes a first partial panel, a second partial panel, a first layer, a second layer a first panel portion, a second panel portion, a first layer, a second layer, and at least one support structure. The first layer is stacked on the second layer. The first partial panel includes one or two combinations consisting of at least part of the first layer and at least part of the second layer. The second partial panel includes one or two combinations consisting of at least the other part of the first layer and at least the other part of the second layer. The first partial panel and the second partial panel are connected to each other and form a hollow structure by defining a cavity. At least part of the second partial panel extends towards the cavity to form the support structure. The first partial panel can be supported by the support structure.
Protective Table/Desk
Disclosed herein is a table for use by at least one person in protection from attackers/aggressors and more particularly protection from an active shooter's bullets or other lethal projectiles.
Table top and skirt with foldable legs
A foldable table and table legs comprises a tabletop comprising a plurality of tabletop sections each of which are interconnected by a hinge mechanism allowing the tabletop fold into a small, compact package. Detachable and foldable legs are configured for coupling to a table skirt comprising four segments which fold down from a storage pocket on the underside of the tabletop. The foldable legs interconnect with the table skirt once it is folded down from its storage position. The tabletop and foldable legs may all be folded into a compact, portable and packable configuration.
Folding table and manufacturing method thereof
A folding table and a manufacturing method of the folding table. The folding table includes a tabletop and a support bracket, the tabletop includes a flat plate and a vertical plate arranged below the peripheral edge of the flat plate. The upper part of the vertical plate protrudes towards the peripheral side of the flat plate to form the clamping part which is clamped with the support bracket. The manufacturing method includes producing a hollow part through a blow molding process, the middle portion of the part concaves inwards; cutting the concave inward part to form two tabletops; and clasping the tabletop on the support bracket.

Modular fabrication table
Existing fabrication tables are often expensive, immobile, unsafe, and difficult to work with. This invention comprises a modular fabrication table, which is rapidly adaptable to expand over a large surface area, add perpendicular work surfaces, and integrate existing peripheral components that can be purchased at a store. This allows fabrication prototypers to have relatively inexpensive, mobile, sturdy, square, and level tables within which to configure structures for the production of fabrication work pieces.
Hollow panel furniture
A hollow table top comprises a top plate and a bottom plate stacked together. The edge of the bottom surface of the table top is disposed with a metal frame. The edge of the top plate is disposed with a downwardly extending top plate side. The metal frame is disposed with a protruding portion in the horizontal direction extending out of the top plate side. The protruding portion protects the joint of the top plate and the bottom plate. The external edge of the table top has double-layer appearance.
MOLDED PLASTIC STRUCTURES
A plastic molded lip structure may extend along a perimeter of a planar element and may include an outer wall, an inner wall, structural portions, and protruded features. The outer wall may extend in a normal direction from the planar element. The inner wall may be disposed in an inward direction relative to the outer wall. The structural portions may be disposed along structural sections of the perimeter and may include first portions of the inner wall and of the outer wall. The first portions may be disposed parallel to the inner wall and separated from the first portions by a first distance along the structural sections. The protruded features may be interposed between two structural portions and an inner wall may be separated from second portions of the outer wall by a second distance that is greater than the first distance.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FORMING MARBELIZED ENGINEERED STONE
An apparatus including a computer processor; a first tool device; a first device configured to hold the first tool device; and a second device configured to move the first tool device in x, y, and z directions, when the first tool device is being held by the first device, in response to commands from the computer processor; and a conveyor device having a belt. The first tool device may include a wheel. The first device may be configured with respect to the conveyor device, so that the wheel of the first tool device is configured to be lowered in the z direction into a material located on the belt of the conveyor device, and the first tool device is configured to be moved in the x and y direction, with the wheel simultaneously rotating and rolling through the material on the belt, in response to commands from the computer processor.
