ELECTROCHEMICAL CAPACITOR
A low-cost electrochemical capacitor is provided which has high capacity and excellent charging and discharging characteristics, simultaneously has excellent safety and reliability, and has the basic performance as a capacitor, achieved in that, as the electrolyte between a negative electrode and a positive electrode, a solution of an ambient temperature molten salt and a specific polyether copolymer is allowed to gel using a specific photoreaction initiator and is held between the two electrodes. This low-cost electrochemical capacitor has the basic performance of a capacitor, has high capacity and excellent charging and discharging characteristics without use of a separator, and simultaneously has excellent safety and reliability.
Curable composition comprising polysiloxane polyalkyleneglycol brush copolymers
The invention relates to a curable composition comprising: a) at least one polymer having at least one silicon-containing group of formula Si(R.sup.1).sub.k(Y).sub.3-k as defined herein, and b) at least one hydroxyl-functionalized polysiloxane polyalkyleneglycol brush copolymer of the structure [A(-XB)].sub.s as defined herein; and an adhesive, sealant, or coating material comprising said curable composition and use thereof.

The invention relates to a curable composition comprising: a) at least one polymer having at least one silicon-containing group of formula Si(R.sup.1).sub.k(Y).sub.3-k as defined herein, and b) at least one hydroxyl-functionalized polysiloxane polyalkyleneglycol brush copolymer of the structure [A(-XB)].sub.s as defined herein; and an adhesive, sealant, or coating material comprising said curable composition and use thereof.

Curable composition, cured product, and organic electroluminescence element using same
Provided are: a curable composition containing a compound having a polymerizable group, which allows the production of an organic electroluminescent element in which a plurality of organic layers are formed between both electrodes to be performed through a wet process; and an organic electroluminescent element improved in light emission performance, including a layer containing a cured product of the curable composition. Specifically, provided are: a curable composition containing an indolocarbazole compound having one polymerizable group such as a vinyl group or an epoxy group and having an indolocarbazole skeleton, and a compound having two polymerizable groups; and an organic electroluminescent element including a layer obtained by applying and curing the curable composition as a hole transport layer of the organic electroluminescent element.
Curable composition, cured product, and organic electroluminescence element using same
Provided are: a curable composition containing a compound having a polymerizable group, which allows the production of an organic electroluminescent element in which a plurality of organic layers are formed between both electrodes to be performed through a wet process; and an organic electroluminescent element improved in light emission performance, including a layer containing a cured product of the curable composition. Specifically, provided are: a curable composition containing an indolocarbazole compound having one polymerizable group such as a vinyl group or an epoxy group and having an indolocarbazole skeleton, and a compound having two polymerizable groups; and an organic electroluminescent element including a layer obtained by applying and curing the curable composition as a hole transport layer of the organic electroluminescent element.

The present invention aims to provide a dispersant and a dispersion composition that exhibit high dispersing ability for nano-carbons such as, in particular, CNTs. The dispersant according to the present invention includes a polyalkylene oxide having a structural unit of the following chemical formula (1).

Process for preparing high molecular weight polymers by polymerizing epoxide monomers
A process for polymerizing an epoxide monomer, preferably ethylene oxide, comprising carrying out the process in the presence of a catalytically active amount of a catalyst obtainable by a preparation process comprising admixing at least one alkaline earth metal, liquid ammonia, an alkylene oxide, which is optionally substituted by aromatic radicals, and an organic nitrile having at least one acidic hydrogen atom to prepare a slurry of modified alkaline earth hexammine in liquid ammonia; continuously transferring the slurry of modified alkaline earth hexammine in liquid ammonia into a stripper vessel and continuously evaporating ammonia, thereby accumulating the modified catalyst in the stripper vessel; and upon complete transfer of the slurry of modified alkaline earth hexammine into the stripper vessel, aging the modified catalyst to obtain the final polymerization catalyst; and a polymer obtainable by this process.
POLYALKYLENE OXIDE PARTICLES FOR PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION, MEDICINAL COMPOSITION, COMPOSITION FOR PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION, AND PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION
Provided are polyalkylene oxide particles suitable for use in forming preparations that have low friability and are less susceptible to chipping and cracking, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the polyalkylene oxide particles, and a preparation composition comprising the pharmaceutical composition.
In the polyalkylene oxide particles for a preparation of the present invention, the content of particles having a particle size of 150 m or more is less than 46 mass %, and the content of particles having a particle size of 300 m or more is less than 10 mass %. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention comprises the polyalkylene oxide particles, and the preparation composition of the present invention comprises the pharmaceutical composition.
