Provided is a surface protectant that suppresses corrosion of a semiconductor wafer surface by a basic compound, and reduces defects in the semiconductor wafer. The semiconductor wafer surface protectant of the present invention includes a compound represented by Formula (1) below;
R.sup.1O—(C.sub.3H.sub.6O.sub.2).sub.n—H  (1) where R.sup.1 denotes a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group that has from 1 to 24 carbon atoms and may have a hydroxyl group, or a group represented by R.sup.2CO, where the R.sup.2 denotes a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 24 carbon atoms; and n indicates an average degree of polymerization of a glycerin unit shown in the parentheses, and is from 2 to 60.

For example, the disclosure provides copolymers comprising the polymerization product ester block, ether blocks and diisocyanates. In certain embodiments, the disclosure provides a medical copolymer for implantation comprising ester blocks and ether blocks, wherein: the ester blocks comprise a negative free energy transfer and the ether blocks comprise a positive free energy transfer, the ether and ester blocks are less than 1/10 the length of said copolymer, and, the blocks are distributed such that no domain of contiguous blocks possessing the same polarity of free energy transfer are less than ⅓ of the molecular weight of the copolymer. The disclosure further provides methods of making the aforementioned polymers, and medical devices comprising the polymers.

A method for preparing a polyol comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving 2,3 -epoxybutane and an acid catalyst in an inert solvent to obtain a solution A; dissolving triethylene glycol in an inert solvent to obtain a solution B; and dissolving epoxy vegetable oil in an inert solvent to obtain a solution C; (2) respectively and simultaneously pumping the solutions A and B into a first micromixer for mixing; (3) pumping the solution C and an effluent of the first microreactor into a second micromixer for mixing while carrying out step (2); and (4) dissolving the vegetable oil polyol in an inert solvent to obtain a solution D; dissolving epoxypropane and an alkaline catalyst in an inert solvent to obtain a solution E; and pumping the solution D and the solution E into a tank reactor for reaction, thereby obtaining the polyol.

SURFACTANT COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING AQUEOUS RESIN DISPERSION, PAINT, AND ADHESIVE

Provided is a surfactant composition that can impart good polymerization stability, that can yield an aqueous resin dispersion having good wettability, and that can improve water resistance and water-resistant adhesive strength of a resin film formed from the aqueous resin dispersion. PREPARATION PROCESS OF ALLYL ALCOHOL POLYETHER WITH LOW POTASSIUM AND SODIUM CONTENT

The disclosure provides a preparation process of an allyl alcohol polyether with a low potassium and sodium content, comprising the following steps: reacting allyl alcohol with a mixture of epoxypropane and oxacyclopropane to prepare an allyl alcohol oligomer crude product with a molecular weight of 150-1500; reducing the total content of potassium and sodium ions in the allyl alcohol oligomer crude product prepared in step S1 to 2 ppm or less through a cation exchange resin; and reacting the allyl alcohol oligomer product treated in step S2 with the mixture of epoxypropane and oxacyclopropane to prepare allyl alcohol high-molecular-weight polyether with a molecular weight of 2000-5000. According to the present disclosure, the total content of potassium and sodium ions in the product is reduced to 2 ppm or less, and the product has a good double bond protection rate.
