POSS modified polyacrylate fluoride-free waterproof agent and preparation method thereof
A POSS modified polyacrylate fluorine-free waterproofing agent includes following components: 1-10 wt % of a functionalized POSS monomer, 2-20 wt % of methyl methacrylate, 3-26 wt % of butyl acrylate, 1-10 wt % of a long-chain acrylate monomer, 0.5-3.5 wt % of an initiator, 0.5-4 wt % of a reactive cationic emulsifier, and 50-80 wt % of deionized water. A method of preparing a POSS modified polyacrylate fluorine-free waterproofing agent is also disclosed.
RADIATION-CURABLE COATING COMPOUNDS CONSISTING OF A PLURALITY OF COMPONENTS, AND THE USE OF SAME IN RELEASE-COATED SUBSTRATES
A composition contains at least one siloxane having ethylenically unsaturated, radically-polymerizable groups, and at least one hydrocarbon having 2 to 6 ethylenically-unsaturated, radically-polymerizable groups, and can be used as a release coating, said composition allowing a good degree of release behavior from adhesive compounds while at the same time also achieving a high level of adhesion of the coating to the carrier material.
CURABLE COMPOSITION
A curable composition including a silicone copolymer, a fluoropolyether group-containing compound, and a matrix-forming composition, wherein the silicone copolymer has two or more crosslinkable groups; and the crosslinkable group is a group containing a carbon-carbon double bond, a carbon-carbon triple bond, a cyclic ether group, a hydroxyl group, a thiol group, an amino group, an azide group, a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group, an isocyanate group, a halogen atom, a phosphoric acid-containing group, or a silane coupling group, or a precursor group thereof. Also disclosed is a film formed from the curable composition, and an article including a substrate and a layer on a surface of the substrate formed from the curable composition.
SILICONE COPOLYMER

Roofing membranes, compositions, and methods of making the same
A roofing membrane and a method of making the same is provided. The roofing membrane includes a top layer having a flame retardant and a first silane-crosslinked polyolefin elastomer with a density less than 0.90 g/cm.sup.3; a scrim layer; and a bottom layer having a flame retardant and a second silane-crosslinked polyolefin elastomer with a density less than 0.90 g/cm.sup.3. The top and bottom layers of the roofing membrane both exhibit a compression set of from about 5.0% to about 35.0%, as measured according to ASTM D 395 (22 hrs @ 70° C.).

Synthesis of antimicrobial silsesquioxane-silica hybrids
One-pot synthetic methods are disclosed for synthesizing curable, antimicrobial silsesquioxane-silica hybrids by hydrolytically co-condensing a tetraalkoxysilane with two different trialkoxysilanes. Particles are also disclosed that are substantially spherical and have an ordered lamellar internal structure. In addition, polymers prepared front the curable, antimicrobial silsesquioxane-silica hybrids and co-monomers are disclosed.
