RESIN COMPOSITION AND ARTICLE MADE THEREFROM
A resin composition includes the following components or a prepolymer thereof: (A) 100 parts by weight of an unsaturated CC double bond-containing polyphenylene ether resin; and (B) 10 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight of a compound of Formula (1), having a pH value of 10 or less. In Formula (1), n is an integer of 3 to 6, each Y and Z are independently selected from o-vinylphenoxy group and phenoxy group, and each Y and Z are not phenoxy group at the same time. The prepolymer is prepared by subjecting a mixture to a prepolymerization reaction, and the mixture at least comprises the component (A) and the component (B). An article is made from the resin composition. The article includes a prepreg, a resin film, a laminate or a printed circuit board and achieves improvements in one or more properties including resin filling uniformity, dissipation factor variation rate under heat, glass transition temperature, Z-axis ratio of thermal expansion, peeling strength and thermal resistance after moisture absorption.

RIGID FOAMS
A rigid foam including the reaction product of an (poly)isocyanate, and a polyethercarbonate polyol copolymer is described. The polyethercarbonate polyol copolymer is derived from the copolymerisation of one or more epoxides with CO2, wherein the total-CO2 content of the polyethercarbonate polyol copolymer is between 1 and 40 wt %, the carbonate linkages are <95% of the total linkages from the copolymerisation, and the molecular weight is between 100 to 5000 g/mol. The foam is a polyurethane foam, more typically, a polyisocyanurate or a mixed polyisocyanurate/polyurethane foam. Methods, polyols and compositions for producing the foams are also described.
Stabilized storage containers
The invention provides a unique container combination comprised of a container equipped with a thermoset viscoelastomeric interfacing section which serves to confine items placed thereupon. The interfacing viscoelastomeric section may be chemically bonded to the container support or cohesively bonded thereto. The interfacing thermoset viscoelastomeric section adhesively immobilizes items placed thereupon while tenaciously clinging (chemically or adhesively) to the container supportive structure. Containers equipped with the thermoset viscoelastomeric section surprisingly create an aseptic environment especially adaptable to hygienic applications while also affording superior protection against impact damage.
