The invention relates to a polymer composition based on thermoplastic copolyester elastomer comprising: —from 90% to 70% by weight of the thermoplastic copolyester elastomer containing ester and ether bonds; —from 5% to 25% by weight of one or more saturated esters with a molecular weight between about 200 and 1,000, and preferably between 300 and 380; —from 2 to 10% by weight of expanding additives. This invention also covers a manufactured article obtained by injection moulding a predefined amount of the polymer composition according to this invention, as well as a production process of such polymer composition.
POLYOL PREMIXES, THERMALLY INSULATING RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAMS AND METHODS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION
Polyol premixes and thermally insulating rigid polyurethane foams, such as those that can be used as a thermal insulation medium in the construction of refrigerated storage devices, are disclosed. A polymer polyol having a OH number of greater than 260 mg KOH/g is utilized. The resulting polyurethane foams can exhibit improved thermal insulation properties without sacrificing other important physical and processing properties.

A laminated foam sheet includes a foam layer, a first non-foam layer positioned on one side of the foam layer, and a second non-foam layer positioned on another side of the foam layer, in which the foam layer includes a polyolefin-based resin, the foam layer has a thickness of 2.0 to 6.0 mm, the foam layer has a closed cell ratio of 70% or more, the first non-foam layer includes a non-cross-linked olefin-based elastomer, the first non-foam layer has a maximum static friction coefficient determined by JIS K7125 of 2.0 or more, the second non-foam layer has a maximum static friction coefficient determined by JIS K7125 of 1.0 or less, and a ratio represented by [basis weight of first non-foam layer (a)]/[basis weight of second non-foam layer (b)] is 0.5 to 2.0.
Compositions for polyolefin foams
A foamable composition including a polypropylene-based copolymer and a polyolefin is disclosed. The composition can be used to make a stiff foam with a high closed-cell content. Methods for producing the composition and the foam are provided.
Method of forming a polyurethane foam article
A method of forming a polyurethane foam article includes the step of forming a resin composition. The resin composition includes a polyol component, an amine catalyst, and a blowing component. The blowing component includes a hydrofluoroolefin and formic acid. The method also includes the steps of combining the resin composition, a recycled resin composition, and an isocyanate component to form a reaction mixture and discharging the reaction mixture to form the polyurethane foam article.

METHOD AND FORMULATION FOR AN ISOCYANATE-FREE FOAM USING UNSATURATED POLYESTERS
The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to a method of making a foam, specifically, the development of isocyanate-free foams using at least one unsaturated polyester. The at least one unsaturated polyester is a reaction product of at least one unsaturated cyclic anhydride, dicyclopentadiene, and at least one polyol. The disclosed formulation further comprises at least one reactive diluent and at least one initiator. The disclosed formulations are cured by a free radical mechanism.
