The present invention relates to a polyethylene composition comprising a base resin comprising a low molecular weight ethylene polymer component and a high molecular weight ethylene polymer component, wherein the high molecular weight ethylene polymer component has a higher weight average molecular weight than the low molecular weight ethylene polymer component, wherein the base resin has a density of at least 958.0 kg/m.sup.3, and the polyethylene composition a melt flow rate MFR.sub.2 (190° C., 2.16 kg) of from 0.50 to 0.80 g/10 min and a molecular weight distribution being the ratio of the weight average molecular weight and the number average molecular weight, Mw/Mn, of from 10.0 to 15.0, a process for producing said polyethylene composition, an article comprising said polyethylene composition and the use of said polyethylene composition for the production of a film.

A resin impregnating device (1) is used in a method for producing a reinforcing bar and has a chamber for holding a liquid thermoplastic resin. A plurality of guide plates (4A-4C) is arranged in the chamber along a traveling direction of a plurality of strands of reinforcing fiber material (Fb). Through holes (41) in two of the guide plates (4A, 4C) guide or spread the strands of the reinforcing fiber material Fb away from each other, and a single through hole (42) in an intermediate one of the guide plates (4B) guides or converges all the strands of the reinforcing fiber material (Fb) towards each other.

COMPATIBILIZATION OF RECYCLED POLYETHYLENE-POLYPROPYLENE BLENDS
The present invention is directed to a polyethylene-polypropylene composition comprising a blend (A) being a recycled material, said blend comprising polypropylene and polyethylene, and a compatibilizer (B) being a C.sub.2C.sub.3C.sub.4 terpolymer. Further, the present invention is directed to an article comprising said polyethylene-polypropylene composition and a process for preparing said polyethylene-polypropylene composition. The present invention is also directed to the use of a compatibilizer (B) being a C.sub.2C.sub.3C.sub.4 terpolymer for improving the impact-stiffness balance and the morphology of the blend (A).
POLYOLEFIN-BASED RESIN FOAMED SHEET
A polyolefin-based resin foamed sheet includes a polyolefin-based resin, wherein a thickness of the foamed sheet is 0.05-0.5 mm, a 25% compression hardness defined in JIS K6767(1999) is 20-100 kPa, a ratio of cell sizes in longitudinal and thickness directions is 9-30, a ratio of cell sizes in width and thickness directions is 9-30, and an average cell film thickness in the thickness direction of the foamed sheet is 2-7 μm.
