Processing aids and polymer formulations containing the same and method for producing the same
A multi-stage emulsion processing aid polymer comprising one or more functionalized ethylenically unsaturated monomer into the emulsion polymerization reactor, wherein the functionality is selected from the group consisting of β-keto esters, β-keto amides, β-diketones, cyanoacetic esters, malonates, nitroalkanes, β-nitro esters, sulfonazides, thiols, thiol-s-triazines, and amine, where the functionality is incorporated into polymers by polymerizing, ethylenically unsaturated monomers containing these functionalities or by post functionalization of a polymer with additional reactions after polymerization in one of the first or second stages. Foamable halogenated polymers comprising the multi-stage emulsion processing aid polymer is also provided. Also provided are methods for making the multi-stage emulsion processing aid polymer and foamable halogenated polymers.
SPRAYABLE POWER OF FLUOROPOLYER PARTICLES
The present disclosure relates to a fluoropolymer powder for additive manufacturing of fluoropolymers having an average particle size (d.sub.50) in a range from 20 to 100 micrometers, preferably 30 to 70 micrometers, more preferably from 30 to 65 micrometers, most preferably from 30 to 60 micrometers and an average particle size (d.sub.90) in a range from 60 to 120 micrometers, and a bulk density of at least 800 g/l and no greater than 2000 g/l when measured according to DIN EN ISO 60:2000-1. Also provided are uses of the powder, processes of making the powders, articles produced by using the powder and processes for additive manufacturing using the powder.
Electromagnetic wave suppression sheet
Provided is an electromagnetic wave suppression sheet that contains from 400 to 600 parts by weight of a metal magnetic powder having an oxidized coating film formed on a surface thereof, from 1 to 15 parts by weight of a chelating agent, and from 1 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent, per 100 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene.

The invention relates to a method to reduce or prevent agglomeration of particles of halogenated rubbers in aqueous media by LCST compounds as well as highly pure halogenated rubbers. The invention further relates to halogenated elastomer products comprising the same or derived therefrom.
METHOD FOR PREPARING FOAM MATERIALS BY SUPERCRITICAL FOAMING
The invention relates to the field of foaming technology, in particular to CO8G101/00. A method for preparing chlorinated polyethylene materials by supercritical foaming includes the following steps: (1) Add the chlorinated polyethylene material into the reactor, add water and foaming nucleating agent, and then close the reactor cover; (2) Heat to 50-80 degrees C.; (3) Inject supercritical carbon dioxide into the reactor, so that the chlorinated polyethylene material can achieve saturation adsorption of supercritical carbon dioxide; (4) Remove and treat the chlorinated polyethylene material at 100-150 degrees C. for 1-5 minutes. The preparation method is simple, environmentally friendly, efficient and low-cost, uniform micropores improve the elasticity of the foam material and reduce the density of the foam material, which is 0.2-0.3 g/cm3, and the foam wall is thin.
Expandable Thermoplastic Microsphere Doped Tire Innerliner
A cured elastomer comprising: an elastomer at 100 parts per hundred rubber (phr); and an expandable thermoplastic microsphere at about 0.1 to about 10 phr. Such a cured elastomer can be used, optionally with additives, in an air barrier article that is selected from the group consisting of a tire innerliner, a pneumatic tire, a tire curing bladder, an air sleeves, a diaphragm, and a hose. With microspheres the compounded cured elastomer shows a reduction in specific gravity and a reduction in permeability. Both of these properties are highly desirable in tire design and performance.

Cables having foamed polymeric jackets that are suitable for air-blown may include at least one transmission media, such as one or more optical fibers or one or more twisted pairs. A jacket may be formed around the at least one transmission media. The jacket may be formed from or include an outer layer formed from foamed polymeric material. Additionally, an outer surface of the jacket may include a random distribution of surface variations. The surface variations may include a plurality of indentions and/or a plurality of protrusions.
