LOW-DIALECTRIC POLYIMIDE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Disclosed herein is provided a method for manufacturing a polyimide film, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a polyamic acid solution; preparing a polyamic add composition by adding 2-3 mole equivalents of a dehydrating agent to the polyamic acid solution; and applying the polyamic acid to a support to form a film, followed by thermosetting the film in a heater.
Polyimide Film and Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention provides a polyimide film, which comprises a polyimide having a structure represented by formula (I):
##STR00001## in which A is a residue group of an aromatic diamine containing a sulfonyl group in its main chain moiety, R.sub.1 is a residue group of an aromatic dianhydride, R.sub.2 is a residue group of an aliphatic dianhydride, m and n are each independently a positive integer, a diamine monomer constituting the polyimide is only composed of the aromatic diamine containing the sulfonyl group in its main chain moiety, and the polyimide is surface-dried at 75° C. to 155° C. in the process of forming the polyimide film. The polyimide film of the present invention has transparency and UV absorption properties.
Hybrid Crosslinked Polymer Membrane And Process For Fabricating The Same
A hybrid crosslinked polymeric membrane and a process for fabricating the same are provided. Specifically, the hybrid crosslinked polymer membrane comprises a glassy polymer and a ladder-structured polysilsesquioxane and has a crosslinked structure. The hybrid crosslinked polymer membrane can have an excellent permeability of carbon dioxide by virtue of an increase in the free volume and enhanced plasticization resistance, chemical resistance, and durability.
Polyimides, Ketone-Containing Alicyclic Dianhydrides and Applications Thereof
Present invention is related to a polyimide of formula as following:
##STR00001##
and a ketone-containing alicyclic dianhydride of formula as following:
##STR00002##
wherein: R1, R2, R3, R4 denote hydrogen atom or carbon containing functional group with carbon number at a range of 1-4; R5 denotes diamine group; and n equals to any positive integer.
SANDWICH-STRUCTURED THIN FILM COMPOSITE ANION EXCHANGE MEMBRANE FOR REDOX FLOW BATTERY APPLICATIONS
A low cost, sandwich-structured thin film composite (TFC) anion exchange membrane for redox flow batteries, fuel cells, electrolysis, and other electrochemical reaction applications is described. The sandwich-structured TFC anion exchange membrane comprises a microporous substrate membrane, a first hydrophilic ionomeric polymer coating layer on the surface of the microporous substrate layer, a cross-linked protonated polyamine anion exchange polymer coating layer on top of the first hydrophilic ionomeric polymer coating layer, and a second hydrophilic ionomeric polymer protective layer on top of the cross-linked protonated polyamine anion exchange polymer coating layer. Methods of making the TFC anion exchange membrane comprises a microporous substrate membrane and redox flow battery system incorporating the TFC anion exchange membrane comprises a microporous substrate membrane are also described.
Flexible film
The present invention relates to a flexible film, more specifically, to a flexible film that not only exhibits high hardness, but also has excellent flexibility. According to the flexible film of the present invention, flexibility, bendability, high hardness, scratch resistance, and high transparency are exhibited, and there is no concern for damage of the film even when bended repeatedly or folded for a long time, and thus, it may be usefully applied for the front panels, display parts of bendable, flexible, rollable, or foldable mobile devices, display devices, various instrument panels, and the like.
Method of manufacturing polyimide film
Provided are a polyimide film capable of reducing a dielectric constant of a substrate and reducing a thickness and forming a stable via with a low possibility of disconnection, a method for manufacturing the same, and an FPCB including the same. A polyimide film according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a polyimide layer and a plurality of fluororesin particles dispersed in the polyimide layer. The fluororesin particles have a spherical or flat shape.
Resin composition and article made therefrom
A resin composition includes a first prepolymer and a second prepolymer, the first prepolymer being prepared from a first mixture subjected to a prepolymerization reaction, the second prepolymer being prepared from a second mixture subjected to a prepolymerization reaction, wherein the first mixture includes a maleimide resin and a benzoxazine resin, and the second mixture includes a maleimide resin and a bis(trifluoromethyl)benzidine. The resin composition may be used to make various articles, such as a prepreg, a resin film, a laminate or a printed circuit board, and at least one of the following properties can be improved, including copper foil peeling strength, dissipation factor, ratio of thermal expansion, cure shrinkage and glass transition temperature.
