The decorative film of the present invention is a decorative film having at least a base film layer and a fluorinated layer containing a crosslinked fluorinated polymer, wherein the crosslinked fluorinated polymer is a crosslinked product of a crosslinkable polymer comprising units based on a fluoroolefin and units having a crosslinkable group, and the average molecular weight between crosslinking groups of the crosslinked fluorinated polymer is from 500 to 50,000.

A method of making an oil repellent sheet material according to an embodiment of the present disclosures includes a step of applying to a porous sheet a composition for forming an oil repellent layer, the composition containing a solvent and an amorphous fluorine resin dispersed therein, and a step of swaging the porous sheet after the step of applying, wherein the porous sheet has a fibrous skeleton composed mainly of polytetrafluoroethylene, the method of making an oil repellent sheet material further comprising a heat treatment step of heating the porous sheet to which the composition for forming an oil repellent layer is applied, before or after the step of swaging.

The polymer electrolyte membrane contains a porous support having a plurality of pores, a first layer including a first ion conductor that fills the pores adjoining one surface of the porous support, and a second layer including a second ion conductor that fills the pores adjoining the other surface of the porous support, wherein the first ion conductor and the second ion conductor are different from each other, and one selected from the group consisting of the first layer, the second layer, and a combination thereof includes an organic-based antioxidant.

Ethylene vinyl alcohol pellets as well as films thereof
The instant disclosure relates to ethylene vinyl alcohol pellets including one or more fluorine-containing micro-particles having a particle size that is not greater than 20 m. The EVOH films formed from the EVOH pellets may have a Charpy impact strength of at least 2.45 KJ/m.sup.2 according to ISO 179-1 at 23 C. and an elongation at break of at least 17.8% according to ISO 527-2 at 23 C.

A fluorocarbon resin composition is applicable to produce high-frequency circuit boards including a polytetrafluoroethylene resin; a fluorine-containing copolymer such as poly fluoroalkoxy and fluorinated ethylene propylene; low molecular-weight PTFE micro-powders and inorganic powders; in particular the temperature of pressing copper foil substrates is lowered from 350 C. to 250 C. via a lowering temperature rate of 1 to 4 C./min to improve the crystallinity of the fluorocarbon resin composition as well as improve the copper foil substrate with a high thermal conductivity and a wide range of dielectric constant.

A fluorocarbon resin composition is applicable to produce a prepreg for use in making a high-frequency circuit board, including a polytetrafluoroethylene resin; a fluorine-containing copolymer of poly fluoroalkoxy or fluorinated ethylene propylene; inorganic powders and an impregnation additive such as hydroxyethyl cellulos; resulted in that the prepreg is capable of increasing a plurality of times for proceeding impregnation-coating, the surface defects prone to occur on a fluorocarbon prepreg during drying, baking and sintering after impregnation are therefore improved at the same time.
