The laminate comprises a film-shaped substrate 1 containing a first fluorinated polymer and a coating layer 3 present in contact directly with one side or each side of the substrate 1, wherein the coating layer 3 is a coating layer containing a second fluorinated polymer different from the first fluorinated polymer, the visible light transmittance of the substrate is 0% or more than 0%, and when it is more than 0%, the visible light transmittance difference expressed by the following formula (1), of the laminate, is at most 40%. Visible light transmittance difference=(visible light transmittance (%) of the substratevisible light transmittance of the laminate)/visible light transmittance of the substrate100 (%) (1).
COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a formulation technology that forms an omniphobic, slippery gel coating The formulation technology makes use of the cross-linking between two hydrophobic polymer reagents, solvated in a hydrophobic polymer lubricant, as they are combined and deposited on a substrate.
Synthetic polymer film provided with surface having sterilizing effect, method for manufacturing synthetic polymer film and sterilization method using surface of synthetic polymer film
A synthetic polymer film (35), (36) having a surface which has a plurality of raised portions (35p), (36p), wherein a two-dimensional size of the plurality of raised portions is in a range of more than 20 nm and less than 500 nm when viewed in a normal direction of the synthetic polymer film, the surface having a microbicidal effect, and the synthetic polymer film includes a fluorine element in such a profile that a fluorine content is not constant in a thickness direction but is higher in a portion closer to the plurality of raised portions than in a portion farther from the plurality of raised portions.
Liquid-repellent structure, production method therefor, packaging material, and separation sheet
A liquid-repellent structure includes a surface to which liquid repellency is to be imparted; a foundation layer having a surface and disposed to face the surface to which liquid repellency is to be imparted; and a liquid-repellent layer disposed to face the surface of the foundation layer, wherein the foundation layer contains an acid-modified polyolefin, the liquid-repellent layer contains a fluorine-containing resin and particles, and the fluorine-containing resin contains a hydrophilic structural unit having at least one of an amino group and an amide group. A packaging material has the liquid-repellent structure disposed to face a product. The packaging material can also be applied to a product that is a selected one of hand soap, body soap, shampoo, rinse, creams, and cosmetics and that contains a surfactant.
Method of making a fuser member
Described herein is a method of manufacturing a fuser member. The method includes mixing a high load fluoropolymer/carbon nanotube composition in a high shear mixer. The method includes mixing the high load fluoropolymer/carbon nanotube composition in the high shear mixer for 3 or more times. A fluoropolymer is added to the high load fluoropolymer/carbon nanotube composition to form a low load fluoropolymer/carbon nanotube composition. The low load fluoropolymer/carbon nanotube composition is mixed in a rubber compounding mixer for 3 or more times. The low load fluoropolymer/carbon nanotube composition is coated on a fuser substrate, cured and polished.
METHOD OF USING PRE-PREG FILM FOR PRODUCING CARBON FIBER PARTS
A method of using clear UV protective film for producing a pre-preg carbon fiber part includes pre-applying a clear UV protective film to at least one of a top and bottom surface of a pre-preg carbon fiber workpiece, and placing the pre-preg carbon fiber workpiece between an upper mold portion and a lower mold portion of a hot press molding apparatus. Next, the method includes compressing the pre-preg carbon fiber workpiece between the upper and lower portions of the hot press molding apparatus to form a pre-preg carbon fiber part, and holding the pre-preg carbon fiber part in the hot press molding apparatus until the pre-applied clear UV protective film and the pre-preg carbon fiber part have cured.
Decorative film and method for producing decorative film-attached three dimensional molded product
To provide a decorative film whereby formation of wrinkles is suppressed when attached to a three dimensional molded product in a stretched state, and a method for producing a decorative film-attached three dimensional molded product. The decorative film of the present invention is a decorative film having at least a base film and a top layer containing a fluorinated polymer, the top layer being disposed on one surface, wherein the surface reflection intensity Wa at a wavelength of from 0.1 to 0.3 mm and the surface reflection intensity Wb at a wavelength of from 0.3 to 1.0 mm, of the top layer as measured by using a wave scan apparatus in such a state that the decorative film is stretched by 1.5 times, are both at most 30.0.
Polyurethane pultrusion article
The invention provides a polyurethane pultrusion article comprising a polyurethane pultrusion composite and a coating layer applied thereon, wherein the polyurethane pultrusion composite comprises a polyurethane resin matrix and a reinforcement material, and is prepared by a polyurethane pultrusion process, wherein the polyurethane resin matrix is prepared from a polyurethane composition comprising: A) an isocyanate component comprising one or more polyisocyanates; B) an isocyanate-reactive component comprising: b1) a first polyether polyol having a functionality of 2-3 and a hydroxyl number of 10-120 mgKOH/g; b2) a second polyether polyol having a functionality of 3-8 and a hydroxyl number of 810-1900 mgKOH/g; b4) one or more isocyanate-reactive flame retardants.
