Such formulations include (i) one or more reactive components that can form a bonded layer on a surface in which the bonded layer comprises an array of compounds having one end bound to a surface and an opposite end extending away from the surface; (ii) an acid catalyst; and (iii) the non-cyclic volatile siloxane solvent. The formulation can also include (iv) a lubricant.

Provided are a silicon nitride film etching composition, a method of etching a silicon nitride film using the same, and a manufacturing method of a semiconductor device. Specifically, a silicon nitride film may be highly selectively etched as compared with a silicon oxide film, and when the composition is applied to an etching process at a high temperature and a semiconductor manufacturing process, not only no precipitate occurs but also anomalous growth in which the thickness of the silicon oxide film is rather increased does not occur, thereby minimizing defects and reliability reduction.

The present disclosure provides compositions, articles thereof, and methods of forming compositions. In at least one aspect, a composition includes (1) an epoxy, (2) an amino or amido hardener, (3) a polyaniline, (4) a dopant selected from a triazolyl, a thiazolyl, a quinolinyl, a salicylate, a benzoate, a glycolate, a phosphate, a sulfonate, an oxalate, or combination(s) thereof; and (5) a pigment selected from titanium dioxide, silica, talc, mica, aluminium stearate, or combination(s) thereof. The polyaniline+dopant comprises greater than 6 wt %, by weight of the composition. In at least one aspect, a method includes introducing an acid form of a polyaniline to a hydroxide to form a polyaniline hydroxide. The method includes introducing a dopant to the polyaniline hydroxide to form a doped polyaniline.

Bio-based binders for insulation and non-woven mats

An aqueous binder composition is provided that includes a carbohydrate and a crosslinking agent. In exemplary embodiments, the carbohydrate-based binder composition may also include a catalyst, a coupling agent, a process aid, a crosslinking density enhancer, an extender, a moisture resistant agent, a dedusting oil, a colorant, a corrosion inhibitor, a surfactant, a pH adjuster, and combinations thereof. The carbohydrate may be natural in origin and derived from renewable resources. Additionally, the carbohydrate polymer may have a dextrose equivalent (DE) number from 2 to 20. In at least one exemplary embodiment, the carbohydrate is a water-soluble polysaccharide such as dextrin or maltodextrin and the crosslinking agent is citric acid. Advantageously, the carbohydrates have a low viscosity and cure at moderate temperatures. The environmentally friendly, formaldehyde-free binder may be used in the formation of insulation materials and non-woven chopped strand mats. A method of making fibrous insulation products is also provided.

The four-function steel surface treatment liquid provided by the present invention has the advantages of a good anti-corrosion property and a safe cleaning process, is simple, high efficiency, environmental protection, no hydrogen embrittlement on a metal substrate, no intergranular corrosion, no harm to human skin, no burning, no explosion, and non-toxic, and can be used repeatedly at a normal temperature.
