BONDING SYSTEM
A water-based adhesive film-forming cover composition including: (i) at least one film forming polymer; (ii) at least one lower crystallinity first polynitroso compound; (iii) at least one higher crystallinity second polynitroso compound; (iv) at least one crosslinking agent; and (v) water as a carrier liquid; a bonding system including a combination of: (a) a water-based primer component; and (b) the above water-based cover component; a process for manufacturing the above bonding system; and a process of manufacturing bonded article with the above bonding system. A bonded article, having a bonding line made from the above bonding system disposed between metal and rubber substrates, exhibits excellent stability against an aqueous urea-solution at temperatures of up to about 95° C.
THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION FOR REFRIGERANT TRANSPORTING PIPING, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition for refrigerant transporting piping having high barrier properties, flexibility, and good extrusion processability. The thermoplastic resin composition for refrigerant transporting piping is composed of: a matrix containing a thermoplastic resin; and a domain containing a rubber dispersed in the matrix, and is characterized in that the thermoplastic resin has a melting point of 150° C. or higher, the rubber is a butyl-based rubber or an olefin-based rubber, the matrix contains a viscosity stabilizer, the thermoplastic resin composition contains a processing aid and at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenylenediamine-based anti-aging agent, a quinoline-based anti-aging agent, and a trihydric alcohol having a triazine skeleton, and at least a portion of the rubber is crosslinked.

MULTILAYER COMPOSITE RUBBER-PLASTIC FOAM INSULATION MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a multilayer composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material includes a two-layer structure; the two-layer structure includes an insulation layer and a first functional layer; the insulation layer and the first functional layer are both made of a rubber-plastic foam material; the first functional layer and the insulation layer are integrally molded by blending extrusion and vulcanization foaming, and the first functional layer and the insulation layer form an integral structure. The multilayer composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material provided by the present invention adopts a vulcanization foaming integral molding process, and not only ensures the thermal insulation property of the insulation layer, but also gives the functional layer corresponding functions by selecting different functional polymers, thereby satisfying a variety of personalized needs in engineering applications.

A laminate of a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition film and a rubber composition layer, which can be used as an inner liner for a pneumatic tire, with improved adhesive strength at the interface of the thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition film and the rubber composition layer. A laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition film and a rubber composition layer, the rubber composition containing a rubber component, a condensate of a phenol compound and formaldehyde, and methylene donor and a vulcanizing agent, wherein 2.5-40% by mass of the rubber component is butyl rubber or halogenated butyl rubber, the content of the condensate is 0.5-20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and the content of the methylene donor is 0.25-200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

NONAQUEOUS PRIMER COMPOSITION
An object of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous primer composition offering excellent discharge property and adhesion to printing media, even when applied on roll materials (acrylic, PET, etc.), board materials (glass, plastics, etc.), and other nonabsorbent media. As a solution, a nonaqueous primer composition containing a chlorinated polyolefin resin and a ketone resin is provided, wherein the chlorinated polyolefin resin and ketone resin together account for at least 10 percent by mass in the primer composition, the chlorine content in the chlorinated polyolefin resin is 30 to 50 percent by mass, and the chlorinated polyolefin resin and ketone resin are contained at a ratio by mass, calculated by “Chlorinated polyolefin resin/Ketone resin,” of 3/7 to 7/3.
NONAQUEOUS PRIMER COMPOSITION
An object of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous primer composition offering excellent discharge property and adhesion to printing media, even when applied on roll materials (acrylic, PET, etc.), board materials (glass, plastics, etc.), and other nonabsorbent media. As a solution, a nonaqueous primer composition containing a chlorinated polyolefin resin and a ketone resin is provided, wherein the chlorinated polyolefin resin and ketone resin together account for at least 10 percent by mass in the primer composition, the chlorine content in the chlorinated polyolefin resin is 30 to 50 percent by mass, and the chlorinated polyolefin resin and ketone resin are contained at a ratio by mass, calculated by “Chlorinated polyolefin resin/Ketone resin,” of 3/7 to 7/3.
HIGHLY INSULATED RUBBER COMPOSITION, PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR, AND USES THEREOF
Provided are a highly insulated rubber composition, a processing method therefor, and an application thereof. The rubber composition comprises a rubber matrix and compounding components. In parts by weight, every 100 parts of said rubber matrix comprise: 50-95 parts of a chlorinated (and/or chlorosulfonated) polyethylene rubber, 5-50 parts of a highly branched polyethylene, and 0-30 parts of an ethylene propylene rubber; and, the branching degree of the highly branched polyethylene is not lower than 50 branches/1000 carbon atoms. The compounding components contain a vulcanization system. The rubber composition improves the electrical insulation performance of the chlorinated (and/or chlorosulfonated) polyethylene rubber, so that the rubber composition is more suitable for the applications with high requirements for electrical insulation.
AGEING-RESISTANT RUBBER COMPOSITION AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
Disclosed are an aging-resistant rubber composition and a processing method therefor and use thereof. The rubber composition includes a rubber matrix and compounding components, and in parts by weight, every 100 parts of said rubber matrix comprise 50-99 parts of a halogenated butyl rubber, 0-50 parts of a highly branched polyethylene P1, and 0-50 parts of P2 obtained by the polarization modification of said highly branched polyethylene P1, and the sum of P1 and P2 in parts by weight is 1-50 parts; and said compounding components comprise a vulcanization system. The rubber composition improves the heat aging resistance of the halogenated butyl rubber, making it more suitable for high temperature environments, and also improves the properties of the halogenated butyl rubber which are related to the halogen content, such as the adhesiveness, oil resistance, flame retardancy and the like, by adjusting the extent of halogenation of the highly branched polyethylene which is employed in combination, thereby overcoming the limitation caused by the halogen content of the halogenated butyl rubber.
