A curable polyorganosiloxane composition includes (a) a polyorganosiloxane having two or more curable functional groups per molecule; (b) a crosslinking agent having per molecule two or more crosslinkable groups having reactivity with the curable functional groups of the component (a); (c) a curing catalyst capable of catalyzing a crosslinking reaction of the component (a) and the component (b); (d) a pigment which itself does not emit a fluorescent light; and (e) a UV tracer. The composition can be used as an adhesive.

PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, CURED PRODUCT THEREOF, AND WIRING STRUCTURE CONTAINING CURED PRODUCT

There are provided a photosensitive resin composition, a cured product thereof, and a wiring structure body, an electronic component, a semiconductor device, and a camera module each including the cured product. This photosensitive resin composition is cured by irradiation with active energy rays, instead of by heat treatment at high temperatures. In this photosensitive resin composition, film loss after a development process is restrained. Furthermore, a miniaturized pattern can be accurately formed by photolithography. An aspect of the present invention is a photosensitive resin composition including components (A) to (C): (A) a modified polyphenylene ether represented by formula (1) and formula (2), (B) a silsesquioxane compound represented by formula (3), and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, a cured product thereof, and a wiring structure body, an electronic component, a semiconductor device, and a camera module each including the cured product.

Functionalized resin having a polar linker

Polar silane linkers are provided that attach to resins to form silane-functionalized resins. The functionalized resins can be bound to hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica particles to improve the dispersibility of the silica particles in rubber mixtures. Further disclosed are synthetic routes to provide the silane-functionalized resins, as well as various uses and end products that benefit from the unexpected properties of the silane-functionalized resins. Silane-functionalized resins impart remarkable properties on various rubber compositions, such as tires, belts, hoses, brakes, and the like. Automobile tires incorporating the silane-functionalized resins are shown to possess excellent results in balancing the properties of rolling resistance, tire wear, and wet braking performance.

Polar silane linkers are provided that attach to resins to form silane-functionalized resins. The functionalized resins can be bound to hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica particles to improve the dispersibility of the silica particles in rubber mixtures. A thermally conductive silicone potting composition that comprises, each in a preset amount, (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule and having a viscosity of 0.01-100 Pa.Math.s at 25° C., (B) an organopolysiloxane one end of which is blocked with an alkoxysilyl group, etc., (C) a crystalline silica having an average particle size of 0.1 μm or more and less than 5 μm, (D) a crystalline silica having an average particle size of 5 μm or more and less than 100 μm, (E) an organohydrogen siloxane having at least two SiH groups per molecule, and (F) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, wherein the mass ratio of (C)/(D) is from 3/1 to 1/10.

Provided is an organopolysiloxane compound acting as a chain extender for use in a room-temperature-vulcanizing (RTV) composition of a dealcoholization type that can be rapidly turned into a rubber and then exhibit a rubber elasticity.
