A polyvinyl chloride composition for powder molding includes a polyvinyl chloride (A) an amount of 100 parts by mass, a plasticizer in an amount of 110 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less, and an acrylic polymer in an amount of 4 parts by mass or more and 23 parts by mass or less. The polyvinyl chloride (A) has an average particle diameter of 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less and an average degree of polymerization of 1,350 or more. The acrylic polymer has an average particle diameter of 0.01 μm or more and 10 μm or less and contains a constitutional unit derived from a (meth) acrylic ester in an amount of 50 mass % or more.

[Resolution means] The eutectic colloidal crystal of the present invention contains two or more kinds of colloidal crystals composed of substantially monodispersed colloidal particles having different particle sizes. The method includes obtaining a resin by mixing the recovered ABS polymers with one or more additive(s) and optionally one or more ABS polymers selected from the group consisting of virgin ABS polymers, chemically recycled ABS polymers recovered from pyrolysis and chemically recycled ABS polymers recovered from chemical depolymerisation. The method thereafter includes manufacturing the toy building element by processing the resin.

The product may have, for example, a small top cut (d.sub.99) particle size of, for example, less than 12 microns. The product may also have high blue light brightness higher than, for example, 69, and/or low oil absorption, for example, less than 100 percent in volume. The product may be used in a variety of applications, such as, for example, anti-block filler in plastic films and/or reinforcement filler in polymers.

The present invention relates to a resin composition having an improved haze effect and light transmittance and a process for preparing the same. The resin composition comprises blended components: a) a matrix resin; and b) crosslinked copolymer microspheres; wherein the crosslinked copolymer microspheres are alternating copolymers formed from monomers having anhydride, amide and/or imide groups, with olefin monomers and/or furan and its derivatives and optionally crosslinked with a crosslinking agent; preferably, the resin composition has a haze of not less than 92%, and a light transmittance of not less than 55%, preferably a haze of not less than 92%, and a light transmittance of not less than 59%, and more preferably a haze of not less than 95%, and a light transmittance of not less than 59%. The resin composition is energy efficient in use, provides excellent light diffusing effect, and, at the same time reduces the material cost.
