A composition comprising: an impact modified styrene-containing polymer; at least one bromine-containing flame retardant; at least one dialkyl phosphinic acid metal salt M.sub.1.sup.n+(R.sup.1R.sup.2PO.sub.2).sub.n wherein M.sub.1 is a metal cation with valence n and R.sup.1, R.sup.2 are alkyl groups which may be the same or different; at least one anti-dripping agent, wherein the total concentration of the bromine-containing flame retardant and the dialkyl phosphinic acid metal salt is less than 28% by weight based on the sum of all components in the composition, wherein said composition is free of antimony and meets UL-94 V-1/1.6 mm or UL-94 V-0/1.6 mm test requirements.

This invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 5 to 30 parts by mass of ethylene--olefin-non-conjugated polyene copolymer (A), 20 to 40 parts by mass of crystalline olefin-based resin (B) having a density of 0.90 g/cm.sup.3 or more and 0.92 g/cm.sup.3 or less, 20 to 40 parts by mass of high-density polyethylene (C) having a density of 0.94 g/cm.sup.3 or more and 0.97 g/cm.sup.3 or less, 5 to 12 parts by mass of ethylene--olefin copolymer (D) consisting of ethylene and -olefin having 3 to 12 carbon atoms, and 5 to 9 parts by mass of silicone compound (E) (with the total amount of (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E) being 100 parts by mass), and to an automotive glass run channel formed by the thermoplastic elastomer composition.

A curable liquid rubber composition having improved viscosity stability is provided. The curable liquid rubber composition includes at least one functionalized crosslinkable polymer that is liquid at 25 C., contains at least one diene monomer in polymerized form, and is functionalized with one or more anhydride functional groups, one or more hydroxyl functional groups or one or more (meth)acrylate functional groups; at least one non-functionalized crosslinkable polymer that is liquid at 25 C., contains at least one diene monomer in polymerized form, and is not functionalized with anhydride, hydroxyl or (meth)acrylate functional groups; at least one metallic monomer coagent which is a metal carboxylate salt containing at least one (meth)acrylate functional group; and at least one inorganic filler. The curable liquid rubber composition has a total moisture content of not more than 1000 ppm, whereby controlling the amount of water reduces the tendency of the composition to exhibit an increase in viscosity over time.

The present disclosure relates to an oil extended ethylene alpha-olefin composition including an olefin oligomer and an ethylene copolymer; where the olefin oligomer has a Number Average Molecular Weight of greater than about 200 g/mole; where the composition has a Shear Thinning Ratio of greater than about 100, a Phase Angle of less than about 45 degrees, a Mooney Large Viscosity (1+4@125 C.) of greater than about 40 Mooney units, and a Mooney Large Relaxation Area of greater than about 500 Mooney unit seconds.

A heat conducting composition containing a curable silicone resin (A) and 70 to 98% of a thermally conductive powder (B) containing 30 to 75% of aluminum nitride particles (B-1) having a 50% particle size of 50 to 150 ?m, 10 to 30% by mass of aluminum nitride particles (B-2) having a 50% particle size of 15 to less than 50 ?m, 5 to 15% of a metal oxide (B-3) other than zinc oxide having a 50% particle size of 1 to less than 20 ?m, and 10 to 40% of zinc oxide (B-4) having a 50% particle size of 0.1 to less than 1 ?m and a BET specific surface area of less than 9.0 m.sup.2/g. The metal oxide (B-3) and the zinc oxide (B-4) are both surface treated with a surface treatment agent selected from a silane coupling agent having an C10-C22 alkyl group and ?-butyl-?-(2-trimethoxysilylethyl)polydimethylsiloxane.

A polycarbonate composition contains, based on the total weight of the polycarbonate composition: one or more polycarbonate homopolymers; a poly(carbonate-siloxane) copolymer comprising siloxane units with an average block length of 5 to 120, preferably 10 to 100, the poly(carbonate-siloxane) copolymer being present in an amount effective to provide 2.5 to 10 wt % of siloxane units based on the total weight of the polycarbonate composition; 1 to 8 wt % of an elastomer-modified graft copolymer; 0.01 to 5 wt % of a silicone oil; and 0.1 to 8 wt % of an additive; and wherein the composition has a melt mass flow rate higher than 16 g/10 min, determined in accordance with ASTM D1238 under a load of 1.2 kg at 300 C. with a dwelling time of 300 seconds; and an Izod notched impact energy of at least 700 J/m measured at 23 C. on a sample of 3.2 mm thickness according to ASTM D256-10.
