Provided is a resin composition containing: (A) an ethylene/-olefin copolymer containing 91.0-99.9 parts by mole of (a) an ethylene-derived unit and 0.1-9.0 parts by mole of (b) a C.sub.3-C.sub.8 -olefin-derived unit (wherein (a)+(b) is 100 parts by mole), while satisfying the requirements (i)-(iv) and (B) a thermoplastic resin and/or a thermosetting resin, wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) is 0.1/99.9 to 50/50. (i) The Mw is 400 to 1,500. (ii) The Mw/Mn is 1.2 to 2.5. (iii) The penetration measured at 25 C. is 13 dmm or less. (iv) The melting temperature is 50 C. to 110 C.
