An exterior trim component for a vehicle is provided that includes: 39% to 45% recycled polypropylene copolymer; 27% to 43% recycled polypropylene homopolymer; 0.5% to 2.5% coupling agent; 0.01% to 0.5% flow enhancing agent; 0.5% to 1.5% coconut shell powder; 5% to 10% synthetic filler; and 3% to 17% carbon fiber (by weight). Further, the component is characterized by a flexural modulus of at least 1750 MPa. In certain aspects, the component is further characterized by a coefficient of linear thermal expansion between about 410.sup.5 in/in* C. and about 0.110.sup.5 in/in* C., as measured under the ISO 11359-2 protocol.

A thermally conductive sheet includes a resin that is liquid under normal temperature and pressure, a resin that is solid under normal temperature and pressure, and a particulate carbon material, and the thermal resistance of the thermally conductive sheet under a pressure of 0.05 MPa is at most 0.30 C./W. In the thermally conductive sheet, the resin that is solid under normal temperature and pressure is preferably a thermoplastic fluororesin that is solid under normal temperature and pressure, and the resin that is liquid under normal temperature and pressure is preferably a thermoplastic fluororesin that is liquid under normal temperature and pressure.

A natural rubber composition includes a natural rubber, a carbon black filler in an amount of 40 phr based on an amount of the natural rubber, a sulfur crosslinking agent in an amount of 1 phr of based on the amount of the natural rubber, and an accelerator to adjust vulcanization physical properties and a dynamic ratio. The accelerator includes a semi-ultra accelerator in an amount of 0.3 to 1 phr based on the amount of the natural rubber, a delayed accelerator in an amount of 1 to 2 phr based on the amount of the natural rubber, and an ultra accelerator in an amount of 0.3 to 1 phr based on the amount of the natural rubber.

Matrix material

A matrix material for a carbon fiber-reinforced composite comprises a matrix resin as a resin component. The matrix resin contains both a first epoxy resin and a second epoxy resin or only the first epoxy resin, further contains a third epoxy resin, and has an average epoxy equivalent weight of 109 to 162. The first epoxy resin contains a polyfunctional glycidylamine-type epoxy resin. The second epoxy resin contains at least one of a p-aminophenol-type epoxy resin and a tetramethylbiphenol-type solid epoxy resin. The third epoxy resin contains a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin having a weight-average molecular weight of 8000.
