CYANINE DYES
The invention provides a novel class of cyanine dyes that are functionalized with sulfonic acid groups and a linker moiety that facilitates their conjugation to other species and substituent groups which increase the water-solubility, and optimize the optical properties of the dyes. Also provided are conjugates of the dyes, methods of using the dyes and their conjugates and kits including the dyes and their conjugates.
Near-IR glucose sensors
The present disclosure provides polymerizable luminescent dyes useful for incorporation into polymers. The dyes and the polymers can be used in sensing and imaging applications, for example, to provide accurate and optionally long term measurements of glucose in vivo. The present disclosure also provides sensors including the polymers described herein. The sensors can be implanted into a tissue of a subject and used for long-term or short-term continuous and semi-continuous collection of data of various biochemical analytes, optionally without the use of implantable hardware of any type and/or enzymatic and electrochemical detection methods.
Cyanine compounds
Compounds used as labels with properties comparable to known fluorescent compounds. The compounds can be conjugated to proteins and nucleic acids for biological imaging and analysis. Synthesis of the compounds, formation and use of the conjugated compounds, and specific non-limiting examples of each are provided.
CA IX - NIR DYES AND THEIR USES
The present disclosure relates to compounds that are useful as near-infrared fluorescence probes, wherein the compounds include i) a ligand that binds to the active site of carbonic anhydrase, ii) a dye molecule, and iii) a linker molecule that comprises an amino acid, amide, ureido, or polyethylene glycol derivative thereof. The disclosure further describes methods and compositions for making and using the compounds, methods incorporating the compounds, and kits incorporating the compounds.
POLYMERIZABLE NEAR-IR DYES
The present invention is directed, in certain embodiments, to polymerizable near-IR dyes and polymers comprising said dyes as monomeric residues. In other embodiments, the present invention also relates to methods for the preparation of polymerizable near-IR dyes, and to the use of polymerizable near-IR dyes in the preparation of fluorescent polymers.
Azacyanine dyes and use thereof
The application provides fluorescent dyes, which are cyanine dyes that incorporate additional aza moieties in the indolenium heterocycles and/or in the methine chains connecting them. Symmetrical and unsymmetrical chemically reactive azacyanine dyes are described for conjugation, as well as their bioconjugates for in-vitro and in-vivo assays and fluorescence imaging.
PENTAMETHINE CYANINE DYE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed is a pentamethine cyanine dye of formula (I) and a method of producing the same, where the dye is suitable as a fluorescent material for the STORM and SOFI super-resolution imaging.
FLUORESCENT DYE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
Disclosed are a fluorescent dye, a preparation method and an application thereof. The fluorescent dye has a structure of formula (I), where X and Y are independently selected from O, S, C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 and NR.sub.6; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are independently hydrogen or a functional group: R.sub.1, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are independently selected from functional groups; and Z.sup. is a negative ion. The fluorescent dye has an ability to permeate the living cell membrane, so that it can be used in the fluorescence imaging of living cell microstructures, and can also be used in the STED super-resolution fluorescence imaging and laser scanning confocal microscopy of live cells.
