HETEROARYLCYANINE DYES
The present invention provides heteroaryl functionalized cyanine dyes including a reactive functional moiety, or which are conjugated to a carrier molecule.
HETEROARYLCYANINE DYES
The present invention provides heteroaryl functionalized cyanine dyes including a reactive functional moiety, or which are conjugated to a carrier molecule.
Benzocyanine compounds
Compounds useful as labels with properties comparable to known fluorescent compounds. The compounds are conjugated to proteins and nucleic acids for biological imaging and analysis. Synthesis of the compounds, formation and use of the conjugated compounds, and specific non-limiting examples of each are provided.
CHEMILUMINESCENT PROBES FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND IN VIVO IMAGING
The present invention provides dioxetane-based chemiluminescence probes, more specifically fluorophore-tethered dioxetane-based chemiluminescence probes and compositions thereof. The chemiluminescence probes disclosed are useful for both diagnostics and in vivo imaging.
CYANINE DYES
The invention provides a novel class of cyanine dyes that are functionalized with sulfonic acid groups and a linker moiety that facilitates their conjugation to other species and substituent groups which increase the water-solubility, and optimize the optical properties of the dyes. Also provided are conjugates of the dyes, methods of using the dyes and their conjugates and kits including the dyes and their conjugates.
Near-IR glucose sensors
The present disclosure provides polymerizable luminescent dyes useful for incorporation into polymers. The dyes and the polymers can be used in sensing and imaging applications, for example, to provide accurate and optionally long term measurements of glucose in vivo. The present disclosure also provides sensors including the polymers described herein. The sensors can be implanted into a tissue of a subject and used for long-term or short-term continuous and semi-continuous collection of data of various biochemical analytes, optionally without the use of implantable hardware of any type and/or enzymatic and electrochemical detection methods.

Compounds used as labels with properties comparable to known fluorescent compounds. The compounds can be conjugated to proteins and nucleic acids for biological imaging and analysis. Synthesis of the compounds, formation and use of the conjugated compounds, and specific non-limiting examples of each are provided.
OPTICAL FILTER AND IMAGING DEVICE
An optical filter includes: an absorption layer including a first near-infrared absorbing dye (D1), a second near-infrared absorbing dye (D2), and a transparent resin; and a reflection layer including a dielectric multilayer film. The dye (D1) and the dye (D2) are squarylium compounds satisfying following (1) to (3). (1) The dye (D1) has a maximum absorption wavelength .sub.max(D1) within a range of 680 to 730 nm, and the difference between a wavelength at which a transmittance is 80% on the shorter wavelength side than .sub.max(D1) when the concentration is adjusted such that a transmittance at .sub.max(D1) is 10%, and .sub.max(D1) is 100 nm or less. (2) The dye (D2) has a maximum absorption wavelength .sub.max(D2) within a range of 720 to 770 nm. (3) A value obtained by subtracting .sub.max(D1) from .sub.max(D2) is 30 nm or more and 85 nm or less.
Modified nucleotide reagents
Labeled nucleotide analogs comprising at least one avidin protein, at least one dye-labeled compound, and at least one nucleotide compound are provided. The analogs are useful in various fluorescence-based analytical methods, including the analysis of highly multiplexed optical reactions in large numbers at high densities, such as single molecule real time nucleic acid sequencing reactions. The analogs are detectable with high sensitivity at desirable wavelengths. They contain structural components that modulate the interactions of the analogs with DNA polymerase, thus decreasing photodamage and improving the kinetic and other properties of the analogs in sequencing reactions. Also provided are nucleotide and dye-labeled compounds of the subject analogs, as well as intermediates useful in the preparation of the compounds and analogs. Compositions comprising the compounds, methods of synthesis of the intermediates, compounds, and analogs, and mutant DNA polymerases are also provided.
Chemiluminescent probes for diagnostics and in vivo imaging
Dioxetane-based chemiluminescence probes, more specifically fluorophore-tethered dioxetane-based chemiluminescence probes and * acceptor group-containing dioxetane based chemiluminescence probes can be included in compositions. The chemiluminescence probes are useful for both diagnostics and in vivo imaging.
