APPARATUS FOR MANAGEMENT OF ACCESS KEY USED FOR LOCKER ACCESS
An apparatus for use with a rack of lockers is disclosed. The apparatus includes a key-facilitation server configured to cooperate with a locker server, and also configured to receive a key-access request. The locker server is associated with a rack of lockers including a first compartment configured to allow storage of secondary equipment, a second compartment having an open locker slot configured to maintain storage of equipment, and a locker divider separating the first compartment from the second compartment. The key-access request is configured to indicate a user request configured to request usage of an access key. The access key is also configured to be usable by the locker server. The locker server is configured to receive a locker-access request. The locker-access request is configured to indicate access of a selected locker is user requested. The locker server is configured to use the access key so as to facilitate secured user access of the selected locker associated with the rack of lockers.
ELECTRIC LIFTING FRAME AND ITS CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD
An electric lifting frame includes a lifting pedestal and a remote control. The lifting pedestal includes a supporting base, a lifting rod detachably connected to the supporting base, and a transmission mechanism, a motor, a controller, and a power supply provided at the lifting rod. The motor is configured to effect extension and retraction of the lifting rod via the transmission mechanism. The controller is configured to control starting and stopping and a rotation direction of the motor. The power supply is configured to supply electric energy to the motor and the controller. The controller is further configured to determine a remaining capacity of the power supply and calculate a number of remaining available times of use according to the remaining capacity, a power of the motor, and a stroke of the transmission mechanism.
Motorized shelf assembly
A cabinet includes a first shelf disposed inside the cabinet at a height above waist level, the first shelf having a first retracted position and a first deployed position below and outwardly from the first retracted position; a first parallelogram linkage pivotably operably attached to a first end of the first shelf and the cabinet; a second parallelogram linkage pivotally operably attached to the cabinet and a second end of the first shelf; a first shaft having a first end operably engaged with the first parallelogram linkage, the first shaft having a second end operably engaged with the second parallelogram linkage; and a drive motor operably engaged with the first shaft to operate the first and second parallelogram linkages outwardly and downwardly to position the first shelf from the first retracted position to the first deployed position.
Medication management system
A medication management system includes a cabinet, at least one drawer unit, at least one positioning unit and at least one control unit. The at least one drawer unit has an engaging portion. The at least one positioning unit includes an engaging module that separably engages with the engaging portion of the at least one drawer unit, a drive module that is operable to disengage the engaging module from the engaging portion of the at least one drawer unit, and an actuator that actuates operation of the drive unit to disengage the engaging module from the engaging portion of the at least one drawer unit based on an opening signal. The control unit is electrically connected to the actuator for outputting the opening signal.

The control unit is electrically connected to the actuator for outputting the opening signal.
REMOTELY CONTROLLED CHEST OF DRAWERS AND THE LIKE
A generally square-shaped remotely controlled chest of drawers or a wall shelf having a structural main body and a set of electro-electronic mechanisms to safely keep hazardous and precious things and objects away from reach of children or unauthorized third parties. The main body and drawers are manufactured with MDF or MDP panels or similar material having a thickness of 15 mm to 18 mm.
The opening operation of the drawers is executed either by a hand-operated remote control or by an application software from a computer or mobile phone.
Opening operation is also made by a voice command
The mechanisms are built-in on the main body and include voice command, lighting, and sensors to manage and advise, by an alarm, lack of power in public energy network, humidity data, movement sensor and change of temperature by sending information to owner's mobile phone.
Motorized extendable table
A motorized extendable table having a tabletop assembly, first and second extension assemblies, a frame assembly, first and second extension frame assemblies, a motor housing, a computer assembly, a motor assembly, and a base assembly. In operation, the motor assembly moves the extension frame assemblies from a retracted to an extended configuration. Before reaching a fully extended configuration, the extension assemblies are raised to a same plane as that of the tabletop assembly. To go from the extended to the retracted configuration, the motor assembly moves the system in an opposite direction, moving the extension frame assemblies down and back onto a lower plane. Extension frame assemblies continue moving back until the fully retracted configuration is reached.
A STABILIZING DEVICE FOR A PIECE OF FURNITURE OR A DEVICE
A stabilizing device for a piece of furniture including a housing with a piston opening, and a piston element mounted movably within the housing and moveable at least partly out of the piston opening for engagement with a supporting surface. The stabilizing device further includes an actuator, including a motor, connected to the piston element for actuating a movement of the piston. A control unit connected to the actuator for control of the actuation of the piston element, and at least one first sensor capable of measuring the load on the motor. The at least one first sensor device is connected to the control unit such that the movement of the piston element can be controlled based on input from the first sensor.
Storage device
This present invention relates to a ceiling mounted gear storage unit for storing and protecting gear, for example, fishing rods and reels. The storage unit includes an inconspicuous frame having a base with a plurality of retention grooves, carabiners, or bands; and, a cable and pulley system or electric motor and gear system to raise or lower the gear storage unit. The storage unit can be controlled using a remote application or other transmitter to operate the storage unit. An electronic lock mechanism can include an access code for providing access to the storage unit. The storage unit can be mounted to a ceiling joist(s) using wood screws.
