It relates to a joggle structure and a furniture with the same. The joggle structure has a groove and a tongue cooperating with the groove. The groove has a bottom surface and two groove side faces. Width of the groove gradually increases from groove opening to the bottom surface. The two groove side faces are a part of a rotational curved surface around a rotation axis arranged in the middle of the two groove side faces. The tongue has two tongue side faces for matching with the two groove side faces, and the two tongue side faces have the same shape as the groove side faces. In the process of engaging, the tongue is rotated with respect to the groove and joggled into the groove to make the two tongue side faces attach to the two groove side faces.

A bottle rack includes a panel that has a front surface and an opposing back surface, and support bars cantilevered from the panel and extending from the front surface. Each of the support bars has a linear bottle supporting portion that is positioned, and that is at an acute angle, relative to the front surface such that at least two of the support bars can support a bottle while forcing the bottle against the front surface. The rack may be a label forward rack. Additionally, the various joints, grooves, and slots used to join the support bars to the panel may also be used to join any the support bars and panels of any suitable bottle rack.

CHANNEL LOCK FASTENERS AND FASTENING SYSTEM
20190107133 · 2019-04-11 ·

A friction fit fastening system, that creates a firm and invisible connection between panels or substrates without the use of tools or glue, comprising a fastener and mating rout. The fastener has a ramp element that allows it to slide and connect to a mating rout. Different routs are used for different embodiments of the fasteners. The rout is formed directly in the panel face or edge or formed on a substrate by a router bit that has three cutting edges. The connections made by the friction fit fastening system are invisible. The fasteners can be installed at the manufacturing site so the user simply slides or inserts the fasteners into the appropriate slot or hole when assembling. The friction fit fastening system is easily removable from the panels making assembling and disassembling quick and easy because the fastener is made of one piece.

ASSEMBLED BASKET

An assembled basket includes four plate members, four securing and engaging columns and a lower plate. Each plate member includes a body, and a first assembly element and a second assembly element oppositely disposed at two sides of the body.

Each first assembly element has a first inclined surface and a first groove. Each second assembly element has a second inclined surface corresponding to the first inclined surface and a second groove in communication with the first groove. Each securing and to engaging column includes a first column body, a second column body, and a connecting element connecting the first column body and the second column body. The four securing and engaging columns are correspondingly fastened at the four first grooves and the four first second grooves to form a cubic structure. The lower plate is disposed at a lower side of the four plate members.

Joint pieces and rectangular joint structures
12044260 · 2024-07-23 · ·

A joint piece and jointing system using that joint piece are described. The invention is of particular value in making furniture which can be easily assembled and where the joints formed by joint pieces are visible only on the exterior of right-angled corners on one side of the exterior corner. Each joint piece (7) consists of a base having a protruding collar with a head. The base is circular or polygonal and fits into a recess made on one side of one of the panels (5) to be joined. Once fitted, the protruding collar and head fit into keyhole-shaped slots formed on the adjacent panel (6). An advantage of this jointing system is that the panels (5, 6) to be joined may all be produced by CNC milling from one side of a large original sheet of material, e.g. of wood or high density fibreboard.
