A leuco polymer comprising a polyethylenimine and at least one leuco moiety covalently bound to the polyethylenimine, wherein the polyethylenimine comprises three or more amine nitrogen atoms and 1 mol. % or more of amine hydrogen atoms in the polyethylenimine are replaced with a moiety selected from the group consisting of 2-hydroxypropyl, 1-hydroxypropane-2-yl, and polyalkoxy groups. Methods of making the leuco polymer, laundry care compositions comprising the leuco polymer and methods of treating textiles with such laundry care compositions.

POLYMERIC TANDEM DYES WITH LINKER GROUPS
Compounds useful as fluorescent or colored dyes are disclosed. The compounds have the following structure (I), or a stereoisomer, tautomer or salt thereof, wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, L.sup.1, L.sup.2, L.sup.3, L.sup.4, M.sup.1, M.sup.2, m and n are as defined herein. Methods associated with preparation and use of such compounds is also provided.
Whitening agents for cellulosic substrates
The present application relates to novel whitening agents for cellulosic substrates. The whitening agents are comprised of at least two constituents: at least one chromophore constituent and at least one polymeric constituent. Suitable chromophore components generally fluoresce blue, red, violet, or purple color when exposed to light, or they may absorb light to reflect these same shades. The whitening agents are further characterized by the polymeric component comprising at least two repeating glycerol units. This disclosure also relates to laundry care compositions including but not limited to liquid and/or powder laundry detergent formulations and rinse added fabric softening (RAFS) compositions that comprise such whitening agents.
Ultra bright dimeric or polymeric dyes

A laundry care composition including: (a) at least one laundry care ingredient and (b) a leuco composition. The laundry care composition has a HA of at least 10 and produces a relative hue angle on fabric outside the range of 210 to 345. Methods of treating textiles with such laundry care compositions.
LEUCO POLYMERS AS BLUING AGENTS IN LAUNDRY CARE COMPOSITIONS
A leuco polymer includes a leuco monomer and an alkene. The leuco polymer has a molecular weight of at least 500 and is obtainable by polymerization of the leuco monomer and one or more alkene co-monomers. The leuco monomer consists of an alkene covalently bound to a leuco moiety and the leuco monomer has a molar extinction coefficient at a wavelength in the range 400 to 750 nm of less than 1000 M.sup.1cm.sup.1. The alkene monomer(s) have a molar extinction coefficient at a wavelength in the range 400 to 750 nm that is less than 100 M.sup.1cm.sup.1. Methods of making the leuco polymer, laundry care compositions comprising the leuco polymer and methods of treating textiles with such laundry care compositions.
ADDITIVES FOR REDUCING NON-SPECIFIC INTERACTIONS BETWEEN FLUORESCENT POLYMER CONJUGATES AND CELLS IN A BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE
The disclosure relates to methods and compositions for reducing or eliminating non-specific binding of at least one dye conjugate to cells in a biological sample. A dye conjugate is contacted with at least one zwitterionic or anionic surfactant before, during or after the dye conjugate is contacted with a blood sample, resulting in substantially reduced non-specific binding of the dye conjugate to cells in the biological sample.
Actuated Electrode Lead in Minimally Invasive Cochlear Implant Surgery
An implantable electrode arrangement for a cochlear implant system is described. An electrode lead contains a lead structure control element configured to control a lead shape of the electrode lead between an insertion state wherein the electrode lead within a mastoid tunnel has a longitudinal lead axis lying entirely along the tunnel axis, and a post-insertion state wherein a facial recess portion of the electrode lead fitting within a limited diameter portion of the mastoid tunnel associated with a facial recess portion of the mastoid bone has a longitudinal lead axis along the tunnel axis, and a storage portion of the electrode lead fitting within an enlarged diameter portion of the mastoid tunnel lateral to the facial recess portion has a longitudinal lead axis coiled in a helical shape radially around the tunnel axis.
