Stylist utility stand and method for ergonomically assisting a stylist
A stylist utility stand that includes means for vertically elevating a stylist, such as a hair stylist, and means for supporting stylist items proximate the stylist while elevated on the means for vertically elevating the stylist. In addition, the disclosed stylist stand may include means for inhibiting the stylist from inadvertently stepping off the stylist utility stand.
MODULAR ORGANIZATION KIT FOR USE WITH ONE OR MORE ACCESSORIES
A system is provided for organizing accessories. The system includes one or more base assemblies coupleable to a seat pedestal. Each base assembly is adjustable between a disengaged configuration and an engaged configuration. One or more arm assemblies include one or more arm members and one or more connection members coupled to the arm members. A first arm member is coupled to a first base assembly such that the first arm member is rotatable about the seat pedestal when the first base assembly is in the disengaged configuration and securely positioned relative to the seat pedestal to extend radially from the seat pedestal in one of a plurality of directions when the first base assembly is in the engaged configuration. One or more accessories are coupled to the arm assemblies. A first accessory is coupled to a second arm member or a first connection member.

A system is provided for organizing accessories. The system includes one or more base assemblies coupleable to a seat pedestal. A salon chair that includes an integrated tool work station (with multi-use containers, utility tray and articulating arm) with the capacity to hold a hair dryer, curling irons, clippers and the like at the rear of the chair. The chair is powered by an integrated electrical power source inside the rear of the chair seat whereby the power is supplied through to the base of the chair. The power source may be connected to an outlet under the chair or concealed under a power extension with cord cover (preventing trips and falls), or may be otherwise coupled to utility power. A caddy adapter kit. The caddy adapter kit including a frame in which a user configurable array of containers may be disposed. The frame being attachably mounted to the back of a styling or salon chair by a band encircling the chair back, or optionally with the frame being fixabaly attached to the chair back by screws or the like.

An apparatus that supports a tattoo artist in a variety of positions to comfortably apply one or more tattoos to skin of a subject is herein disclosed. The apparatus can be reconfigured to optimally position and support the arms and/or chest of the tattoo artist. A method for using a tattoo stool can involve rotating armrests of the apparatus from a stowed position to a deployed position. The armrests can support the user's forearms while supporting the user's chest such that the user can comfortably tattoo a portion of the subject positioned in front of the stool.

Embodiments relate to apparatus comprising a seat, a base for supporting the seat, and a mounting bracket connecting the seat and the base, wherein the mounting bracket comprises a first portion, a second portion and a flexible joint joining the first portion and second portion; the first portion connected to the base via a first connection member; the second portion is received by a seat comprising a receiving member, wherein the receiving member is connected to the seat using a second connection member; wherein the second portion moves between a foldable position and a release position relative to the first portion; wherein the mounting bracket is configured to be locked in foldable position securing the seat to the base; and wherein the mounting bracket is configured to be in release position for assembly and disassembly of the seat from the base.
