IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO FOLDING CHAIRS
A folding mechanism for a chair and, in particular, to a stairlift chair, has a seat base, backrest and armrests. The folding mechanism ensures that all parts of the chair remain in a swivel arc whether the chair is in an in-use configuration or folded configuration. Various additional features are described including armrests formed in part by flexible straps.

Beam seating system
A beam seating assembly has a frame supporting a seating surface. A beam secures to a first support and extends in a longitudinal direction. A channel is located the beam free of the first support. The frame has a lower portion with a connector that is insertable into the channel transverse to the longitudinal direction and the connector, once inserted into the channel, is retained from removal out of the channel in a direction. The connector is insertable into a first portion of the channel and a second portion of the connector rotatable into a second portion of the channel and then slidable away from the first portion such that the first and second portions of the connector are retained within the channel but are slidable in the longitudinal direction until the connector is fixedly secured to the beam. The frame is made in certain aspects from a flat plate.

REVERSIBLE CHAIR
The reversible chair comprises two articulated portions (1, 2) with respect to a support (3), both articulated portions (1, 2) being able to be placed in a first position, wherein the articulated portion (1, 2) is in a substantially vertical position, and in a second position, wherein the articulated portion (1, 2) is in a substantially horizontal position, the chair further comprising two stop plates (4, 5), each of which is joined in rotation to one of the two articulated portions (1, 2), said stop plates (4, 5) being separated from each other when the two articulated portions (1, 2) are in the first position and in contact with each other when one of the articulated portions (1, 2) is in the second position.
It provides a reversible chair that can be oriented in two different orientations and that is as simple and cheap as possible.

SEAT LOCK
The present invention relates to a seat lock including: a fixed bracket fixed to a leg of a chair; a locking unit disposed on the fixed bracket; and a movable bracket fixed to a seat of the chair in such a manner as to rotate together with the seat and having a seat rotation shaft and a locking piece coupled to an end periphery of the seat rotation shaft in such a manner as to be exposed to the outside, wherein the locking unit includes a driving motor having a driving shaft, a driving cam fitted to the driving shaft of the driving motor, and a latch rotating in a range of a given angle around a shaft fixed to the fixed bracket to limit the rotational movement of the locking piece. According to the present invention, the seat lock can utilize the locking unit to allow the seat to be more efficiently managed.
Stadium seat having a split back recliner and a vehicle including a stadium seat having a split back recliner
A stadium seat having a seat back structure that is movable from a seat back forward position to a seat back rearward position. The seat back structure has an occupant contact surface. In the seat back forward position, the occupant contact surface has a planar contour. In the seat back rearward position, the occupant contact surface has non-planar contour.
