HALOGENATED VINYL POLYMER WATER DISPERSION, MULTILAYER FILM, AND BLISTER PACK FOR MEDICATION
Provided is a water dispersion that has excellent coatability in recoating and that yields a uniform coating film without leveling failure, orange peel patterning, or the occurrence of foaming during film shaping. A halogenated vinyl polymer water dispersion contains a halogenated vinyl polymer and more than 0 mass% and less than 2.5 mass%, relative to resin solid content, of an anionic amphiphilic compound having a hydrophilicity index of less than 41.0.
HIGHLY ANTISTATIC COATING FLOOR MATERIAL AND COATING FLOOR
Achieved is a coating floor material using a carbon nanotube, which has excellent finishing properties and shows high conductivity even when a cured coating film is at 50 V. This coating floor material contains: a room temperature curable resin, a single-walled carbon nanotube, a wetting dispersant, a leveling agent, and a defoaming agent, wherein the wetting dispersant is a polymer salt containing an acidic group and an amino group.

HARD COAT FILM AND OPTICAL FILM FOR DISPLAY DEVICE
The present invention provides a hard coat film that has an excellent adhesion to the substrate of the hard coat layer and excellent hardness, that has an excellent coating surface without optical unevenness, and that has a high adhesion to acrylic adhesives used to join the hard coat layer and a liquid crystal display member, etc., while having excellent peeling properties from natural rubber-based adhesives.
The present invention is a hard coat film comprising a film substrate, and a hard coat layer formed on the film substrate and containing one or more electron beam-curable resins and one or more leveling agents. The above one or more electron beam-curable resins include, for example, a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate resin having 3 or more (meth)acryloyl groups, and the above one or more leveling agents include polyester-modified polydimethylsiloxane.
INTERLAYER COMPOSITION AND DEVICES MADE THEREFROM
A composition formed from ingredients comprising: an epoxy; a polyvinyl phenol; a cross-linking agent; an epoxy silane; and a solvent is disclosed. A printable medium and other devices made from the composition are also disclosed.
Coating Composition with Rheology Modifier
A coating composition including a rheology modifier is described. The rheology modifier is a water-soluble polyurethane made by the condensation of a poly(alkylene glycol), a polyisocyanate and a compound including a polyalkoxylated chain and a hydrophobic end group. The composition demonstrates Leneta sag resistance of greater than about 14 and a Leneta flow and leveling of at least about 9, and a Stormer viscosity of less than about 120 Krebs units.
VEHICLE CERAMIC SURFACE TREATMENT COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR USE THEREOF
A vehicle surface treatment composition includes a colloidal inorganic oxide dispersion or a soluble silicate amenable to application to both porous and semi-porous vehicle hard surfaces to provide a multi-surface protective barrier that imparts water repellency and weathering protection properties to the vehicle finish. The composition provides a hard surface cleaning and forms a coating to the applied surface. The compositions provide treated surface properties that include keeping clean, scratch/mar defense, bug repellency, UV protection, and weathering defense. The compositions create treated surfaces that are highly smooth and lubricious which provide enhanced protection, while achieving a high luster finish with a streak free appearance. The composition is readily applied through resort to a conventional trigger spray application, propellant aerosol, or a sponge or cloth for wipe application onto the vehicle surface.
