Coatings, for example polymer coatings or sol-gel coatings, including at least one layer of micrometric, individualised and mesostructured spherical particles. The particles having been created and loaded with at least one element selected from corrosion-inhibiting functional molecules and corrosion-inhibiting functional nano-objects, by a method having non-dissociable nebulization-heating steps that are continuous in a single reactor. The coatings form an anti-corrosion system, having mechanical strength and/or for coloring. The coatings are applicable, in particular, in the field of protecting light aeronautical alloys against corrosion.

High Content Polyamide Hot-Applied Thermoplastic Composition
A hot applied thermoplastic pavement composition and method of using is described wherein the composition comprises; a modified polyamide resin in the range of between 3 and 10 percent by weight, wherein the composition contains rosin-modified esters, a copolymer, 30-70 percent by weight of a glass bead intermix, a range of between 1 and 15 percent by weight of either white or yellow pigment, the balance of the composition being selected from the group consisting of; one or more plasticizers, inorganic fillers, waxes, antioxidants and light stabilizers.
ADHESIVE FILM AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
The present invention provides an adhesive film hardly suffering from fisheyes and deposition of dirt and dusts thereonto and having excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance as well as good adhesion properties, which can be suitably used as various surface protective films, etc. The present invention relates to an adhesive film comprising a polyester film and an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film, in which the adhesive layer comprises a resin having a glass transition point of not higher than 0° C., and an antistatic agent, and a thickness of the adhesive layer is not more than 10 μm.
STRESS-RESISTANT EXTRUDATES
Compositions and articles comprising a stress and crack resistant component comprising a thermoplastic component and an elongation component. In some examples, the invention is directed to a stress and crack resistant component comprising a thermoplastic component, an elongation modifier component and an elongation temperer; in preferred examples the thermoplastic component comprises a polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PETG) copolyester, the elongation modifier component comprises a halogenated polyolefin having a heat of fusion of 1 J/g or less, and the elongation temperer comprises a poly(styrene acrylonitrile) (SAN).
In preferred examples the stress-resistant component is comprised as an coating component covering at least one surface of a substrate, such as one comprising a medium density fiberboard (MDF), a particle board, an oriented strand board, fiberglass, a natural wood, a composite wood product, and a synthetic substrate. The stress-resistant component is preferably, though not invariably, produced by extrusion. The invention is also directed to articles, such as extrusion profiles, comprising the stress-resistant component, and methods of making such articles.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROTECTION AGAINST ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION
An UV (ultraviolet), IR (infrared) and NIR (near infrared) protection system and method for surfaces or substrates that experience degradation from solar radiation, UV/IR/NIR exposure. The method for protecting a substrate from UV degradation includes treating a surface of the substrate to allow a UV blocking agent to adhere to the surface of the substrate, applying the UV blocking agent to the surface of the substrate, and allowing the surface of the substrate to harden, thereby adhering the UV blocking agent to the surface of the substrate. The UV/IR/NIR protection system is tunable so that specific ranges of the UV spectrum may be blocked to reduce or eliminate UV degradation. The UV protection system may be in the form of a dispersion, suspension, emulsion, or in other liquid application form; in a solid particle form; or a pre-mold/precast transfer medium when applied to or it becomes the given substrate.
POLYVINYL FLUORIDE PAINT AND BI-LAYERED COATING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a bi-layered coating is provided, which includes applying a primer paint on a substrate, wherein the primer paint includes 100 parts by weight of a first polyvinyl fluoride, 20 to 50 parts by weight of an assistance resin, and 150 to 170 parts by weight of a first latent solvent, and wherein the assistance resin is polyester modified epoxy resin, polyester type polyurethane resin, phenoxy resin, or a combination thereof. The primer paint is baked and dried to form a primer coating. A finish paint is then applied onto the primer coating, wherein the finish paint includes 100 parts by weight of a second polyvinyl fluoride and 120 to 150 parts by weight of a second latent solvent. The finish paint is baked and dried to form a finish coating on the primer coating.
SUPER-HYDROPHOBIC ANTI-POLLUTION FLASHOVER COATING WITH HYDROPHOBICITY MIGRATION, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a super-hydrophobic anti-pollution flashover coating with hydrophobicity transference, which is prepared from the following raw materials: a silicone resin, an organic solvent, silicon oxide, a flame retardant, a cross-linking agent, a coupling agent, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, and a silicone resin curing agent. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic anti-pollution flashover coating with hydrophobicity transference. The anti-pollution flashover coating provided by the present invention has both super-hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity transference, which improves the hydrophobicity of a surface of an anti-pollution flashover coating layer, ensures the long-term effectiveness of an anti-pollution flashover coating layer, and prolongs a service life of an anti-pollution flashover coating layer, thereby solving the problem that existing anti-pollution flashover coatings have low hydrophobicity and are prone to contaminant accumulation on the surface and reducing the occurrence probability of pollution flashover accidents.
