Method of producing powder coating material
The present invention relates to a method of producing a powder coating material containing a fluororesin and a non-fluororesin. The method of producing a powder coating material includes kneading a raw material containing the fluororesin and the non-fluororesin with a kneading extruder equipped with a screw having a kneading zone, wherein a ratio of a length L.sub.K of the kneading zone to an effective length L.sub.S of the screw (L.sub.K/L.sub.S×100) is 21.0 to 50.0%.
POWDER COMPOSITION, COATING FILM, AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPED ARTICLE
A powder composition containing an aromatic polyetherketone resin (I) and a fluorine-containing copolymer (II). The powder composition has a ratio r2/r1 of 1.60 or lower, wherein r1 represents an average dispersed particle size of the fluorine-containing copolymer (II) and r2 represents an average dispersed particle size of the fluorine-containing copolymer (II) after melt flow rate measurement at 380° C. and a load of 5000 g with 5-minute pre-heating in conformity with ASTM D1238.

RESIN COMPOSITION AND LAYERED BODY
A resin composition includes: a copolymer including a fluoroolefin unit and a monomer unit having a hydroxy group; and an esterified cellulose resin; in which the amount of the esterified cellulose resin is from 0.2 to 9 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the copolymer including a fluoroolefin unit and a monomer unit having a hydroxy group. A layered body includes a coating film formed from the resin composition.
Modified plastic surfaces with perfluoropolymers and method for producing same
Modified plastic surfaces with perfluoropolymers are provided, whereby plastic surfaces that are intended for use under tribological conditions have substantially improved assembly properties and/or sliding friction properties and exhibit a very low degree of wear. Accordingly, modified plastic surfaces with perfluoropolymers are provided in which modified perfluoropolymer (micro)powders are present at the surface of plastics that comprise olefinically unsaturated double bonds at least at the surface such that the modified perfluoropolymer (micro)powders are chemically covalently bonded via a radical coupling of the olefinically unsaturated double bonds with perfluoropolymer (peroxy) radicals of the modified perfluoropolymer (micro)powders after a reactive conversion under mechanical stress at room temperature.

COPOLYMERS OF HALOGENATED OLEFINS AND HALOGENATED CO-MONOMERS
Copolymers of one or more halogenated olefins and one or more halogenated co-monomers selected from the group consisting of halogenated alkenyl ethers, halogenated alkenyl esters, and halogenated (meth)acrylates are useful in various end-use applications wherein the presence of halogen (e.g., fluorine) in the copolymer imparts one or more desirable properties, as compared to analogous copolymers not containing halogen.
