COATING COMPOSITION COMPRISING NANO-SOL, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A coating composition for forming an electrically insulating film, a method of making the coating composition, and the cured coating composition are provided. The coating composition includes a curable polymer comprising at least one functional group for forming cross-linking structures, a curative configured to react with the at least one functional group in the curable polymer, a sol comprising silica or metal oxide nanoparticles having a particle diameter in a range of from about 0.1 nm to about 100 nm, an organic titanate, and optionally at least one solvent or diluent. The resulting cured coating or paint provides good insulation, coverage, adhesion, toughness, and corrosion resistance.

POWDER COATING COMPOSITION BLEND
A powder coating composition blend comprising a crosslinkable composition and a catalyst system, wherein the crosslinkable composition is formed by a crosslinkable donor component A and a crosslinkable acceptor component B that are crosslinkable by a Real Michael Addition (RMA) reaction via the catalyst system, wherein the catalyst system is a separated catalyst system that comprises a catalyst precursor composition (P) and a catalyst activator composition (C) that are macrophysically separated; or wherein the crosslinkable donor component A and the crosslinkable acceptor component B are macrophysically separated.
POWDER COATING COMPOSITION BLEND
A powder coating composition blend comprising a crosslinkable composition and a catalyst system, wherein the crosslinkable composition is formed by a crosslinkable donor component A and a crosslinkable acceptor component B that are crosslinkable by a Real Michael Addition (RMA) reaction via the catalyst system, wherein the catalyst system is a separated catalyst system that comprises a catalyst precursor composition (P) and a catalyst activator composition (C) that are macrophysically separated; or wherein the crosslinkable donor component A and the crosslinkable acceptor component B are macrophysically separated.
Fillers
A powdered filler composed of solid particles of a cured thermosetting composition comprising a resin modifier such as fumed silica, methods of preparing the cured solid particles, compositions comprising the powdered filler, and articles made from the compositions are disclosed. In embodiments, the solid particles are spherical shaped, transparent or translucent, and have a mean particle size of less than 20 m.

Composition for fixing wound items
A composition for fixing wound items is provided. In one example, the composition comprises 5 to 97 wt % of at least one ,-unsaturated polyester resin and/or ,-unsaturated polyester imide resin comprising components of at least one ,-ethylenically unsaturated mono-, di- and/or tricarboxylic acid, and/or its anhydride and/or ester, at least one polyol, at least one (meth)acrylic group containing component, possibly at least one mono-, di-, tri- and/or tetracarboxylic acid, which is not ,-ethylenically unsaturated, and/or its anhydride and/or ester.
Composition for fixing wound items
A composition for fixing wound items is provided. In one example, the composition comprises 5 to 97 wt % of at least one ,-unsaturated polyester resin and/or ,-unsaturated polyester imide resin comprising components of at least one ,-ethylenically unsaturated mono-, di- and/or tricarboxylic acid, and/or its anhydride and/or ester, at least one polyol, at least one (meth)acrylic group containing component, possibly at least one mono-, di-, tri- and/or tetracarboxylic acid, which is not ,-ethylenically unsaturated, and/or its anhydride and/or ester.
COMPOSITION INCLUDING POLYESTER RESIN AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
The composition includes a polymeric resin having at least one ,-unsaturated ester group, a vinyl aromatic compound having at least one vinyl substituent on an aromatic ring, and an amino- or mercapto-substituted compound represented by formula (HD).sub.1-4-R. Each D is independently S or N(H) and R is a monovalent alkyl, alkenyl, or polyalkyleneoxy or a multivalent alkylene, alkenylene, or polyalkyleneoxy, wherein the alkyl, alkenyl, alkylene, or alkenylene are each interrupted by at least two O, N(H), N(H)C(O), SC(O), or OC(O) groups or a combination thereof. A method of repairing a damaged surface using the composition is also described.

The composition includes a polymeric resin having at least one ,-unsaturated ester group, a vinyl aromatic compound having at least one vinyl substituent on an aromatic ring, and an amino- or mercapto-substituted compound represented by formula (HD).sub.1-4-R. Each D is independently S or N(H) and R is a monovalent alkyl, alkenyl, or polyalkyleneoxy or a multivalent alkylene, alkenylene, or polyalkyleneoxy, wherein the alkyl, alkenyl, alkylene, or alkenylene are each interrupted by at least two O, N(H), N(H)C(O), SC(O), or OC(O) groups or a combination thereof. A method of repairing a damaged surface using the composition is also described.
