AUTOMATED METHOD FOR INJECTION MOLDING COATED COMPONENTS
Described herein is an automatic or automated process for injection molding of coated components, more particularly coated soles of plastic, where first of all the molding tool is lined with a release agent composition and, after flashing of this release agent composition, a composition for forming the component is injected. After crosslinking of these two compositions, the coated component produced is removed from the molding tool and subjected optionally to an aftertreatment.

Free radical polymerizable adhesion-promoting interlayer compositions and methods of use
Adhesion-promoting compositions and the use of the adhesion-promoting compositions to provide adhesion-promoting interlayers to enhance adhesion between adjoining layers of sulfur-containing sealants are disclosed. In repair applications, the adhesion-promoting compositions can enhance the adhesion of an overlying radiation-curable sulfur-containing sealant to a damaged or aged sulfur-containing sealant.
AEROGEL HYBRID CONTAINING RESIN MIXTURE, PROCESS FOR ITS PRODUCTION AND USE
An aerogel hybrid and a method for preparing the aerogel hybrid. The aerogel hybrid includes a resin composition and a plurality of aerogel particles. The resin composition may fill the interstitial space between the plurality of aerogel particles. The aerogel hybrid may be produced by preparing the aerogel and preparing the resin composition, blending the aerogel and the resin composition together to form an aerogel hybrid and curing the aerogel hybrid for providing an aerogel hybrid containing resin mixture with the ability to fit large amounts of aerogel into the resin to enhance the aerogel's physical properties.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTING WITH BLOCKED POLYISOCYANATES
The present disclosure describes three-dimensional printing kits, systems for three-dimensional printing, and methods of three-dimensional printing. In one example, a three-dimensional printing kit can include a particulate build material and a binding agent. The particulate build material can include metal particles. The binding agent can include a polyhydroxy polyol and a water-dispersible blocked polyisocyanate having multiple blocked isocyanate groups. The blocked isocyanate groups can include a blocking group bonded to the carbon atom of the blocked isocyanate group through a labile bond breakable by heating to a deblocking temperature. Breaking the labile bond can produce a released blocking group reacted with hydrogen and an isocyanate group.

TWO-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION
A multi-component composition contains a) a polyol component having a1) acrylate polyol and a2) at least one of polyester polyol and polyether polyol, wherein the equivalent ratio of hydroxyl groups of acrylate polyol to hydroxyl groups of the at least one of polyester polyol and polyether polyol is in the range of 0.4 to 3.8, and b) an isocyanate component containing b1) aliphatic polyisocyanate monomer, dimer and/or trimer, and b2) aliphatic polyisocyanate prepolymer, wherein the equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups of aliphatic polyisocyanate monomer, dimer and/or trimer to isocyanate groups of aliphatic polyisocyanate prepolymer is in the range of 0.5 to 2.6. The multi-component composition is suitable for use as a top coat on elastic membranes, in particular roofing membranes, to provide sufficient weathering resistance/protection.
