A roof system comprising a roof substrate, a first membrane including first and second opposed planar surfaces, and a second membrane including opposed first and second planar surfaces, where said second membrane is adhered to said roof substrate through an adhesive disposed on said roof-substrate contacting portion of the first membrane, and where said second membrane is adhered to said first membrane through said adhesive disposed on a lap portion of said second membrane.

The invention relates to a film comprising an optionally multilayer carrier layer; wherein one surface side of the carrier layer has been modified over part of its area either by surface activation or by printing with a print medium, such that the surface side has modified regions and unmodified regions; wherein the modified regions and the unmodified regions are coated over part or all of the area by a release material; and wherein the strength of adhesion of the release material to the carrier layer in the modified regions is different compared to the adhesion of the release material to the carrier layer in the unmodified regions.

A multilayer tape is provided. A method of masking a surface is also provided. The multilayer tape includes an inner layer, at least one middle layer, and an outer carrier layer. The inner layer has a pair of parallel adhesive strips demarking an inner gap having a predetermined width. The present invention provides a release-linered PSA sheet comprising a PSA sheet and a release liner covering an adhesive face of the PSA sheet.
