The present invention relates to a release liner-attached adhesive body including a linear adhesive body and a release liner, in which the release liner has a compression elastic modulus of 1.5 MPa or less, and a release liner-attached adhesive body including a linear adhesive body and a release liner, in which a slit is formed in the release liner, and at least a part of the adhesive body is disposed in the slit.
RELEASE LAYER COMPOSITION FOR TRANSFER OF COMPONENTS
Release layers that include an oligomeric component comprising a unit of the Formula (I) are useful for releasably transferring components from one surface to another during manufacturing of microelectronic devices.
Method for manufacturing semiconductor device, heat-curable resin composition, and dicing-die attach film
A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a step of preparing a dicing/die-bonding integrated film including an adhesive layer formed of a heat-curable resin composition having a melt viscosity of 3100 Pa.Math.s or higher at 120° C., a tacky adhesive layer, and a base material film; a step of sticking a surface on the adhesive layer side of the dicing/die-bonding integrated film and a semiconductor wafer together; a step of dicing the semiconductor wafer; a step of expanding the base material film and thereby obtaining adhesive-attached semiconductor elements; a step of picking up the adhesive-attached semiconductor element from the tacky adhesive layer; a step of laminating this semiconductor element to another semiconductor element, with the adhesive interposed therebetween; and a step of heat-curing the adhesive.
Peel-away adhesive tape
Peel-away tape includes a double-sided adhesive tape with a perforated design and a peel-away backing that includes liftable tabs to assist in the removal thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the tape and peel-away backing is perforated on equidistant intervals. A small tab located at the center of each perforation extends over the perforation line which, when separated, extends outward where it can be grasped.
STICKING COMPONENT
A sticking component that includes: a sheet-shaped adhesive component having first and second sticking surfaces with adhesiveness opposed to each other, the first sticking surface constructed to be removably adhered to a bottom surface of a stick-on biometric device; a first release component removably adhered to the first sticking surface of the sticking component; and a second release component removably adhered to the second sticking surface of the sticking component, wherein at least one of the first release component or the second release component has an outline that is visible, and that, when the sticking component is to be adhered to the stick-on biometric device, at least partially overlaps an outline of the bottom surface of the stick-on biometric device in a plan view of the sticking component.
MULTI-REGION FOLDABLE ADHESIVE FILM AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a multi-region foldable adhesive film and a fabrication method therefor, and particularly, to a multi-region foldable adhesive film having improved folding characteristics by making an adhesive layer included in the foldable adhesive film have different physical properties, and a fabrication method therefor.
Fully-adhered roof system adhered and seamed with a common adhesive
A roof system comprising a roof substrate, a first membrane including first and second opposed planar surfaces, and a second membrane including opposed first and second planar surfaces, where said second membrane is adhered to said roof substrate through an adhesive disposed on said roof-substrate contacting portion of the first membrane, and where said second membrane is adhered to said first membrane through said adhesive disposed on a lap portion of said second membrane.
ADHESIVE ARTICLE WITH STRIPPABLE LINER
Adhesive articles with strippable liners are described. In particular, adhesive articles including an optional substrate having a first and second major surface, an adhesive layer provided on the first major surface of the substrate, and a strippable liner in contact with the adhesive layer including a polymer layer including polybutylene succinate and from about 0.5 and about 5 polymer weight percent of a plant-based wax are described. Liners from such articles may exhibit good release performance while being compostable.
PRINTED SURFACES WITH ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTIES
A printable antimicrobial medium is disclosed, including a substrate layer having a first surface which may include a first area, a second surface opposite the first surface which may include a second area. The printable antimicrobial medium also includes a first adhesive deposited on the first area, a liner layer releasably secured to the substrate layer by the first adhesive, and a first antimicrobial dry marking material deposited on at least a portion of the second area of the substrate layer. The printable antimicrobial medium may include a first score line arranged to separate one or more layers of the printable antimicrobial medium into a first portion and a second portion, and an antimicrobial dry marking material may include copper oxide deposited on at least a portion of the second area of the substrate layer.
SEPARATION SHEET AND USE THEREOF FOR PROVIDING WATERPROOFED STRUCTURES
A separation sheet includes a polymeric carrier layer, a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, and optionally a first and a second release liner. A method for producing a separation sheet, a method for waterproofing a substrate, a waterproofed substrate, and a use of the separation sheet for bonding of roof membranes to roof substrates.
