A height-adjustable folding chair comprises a first support, a second support, and a seat plate. A middle section of the first support is connected to a middle section of the second support through a hinge shaft, a lower section of the first support and a lower section of the second support each have a bending angle, and two ends of the seat plate are pivotally secured with a first support upper cross rod and a second support upper cross rod respectively. The seat plate has a side A and a side B. When the first support and the second support are unfolded in an X shape, a bent section of the first support and a bent section of the second support are bent facing each other or are bent facing away from each other.

A foldable chair with a seat back and a seat bottom that is movable between a folded configuration where the seat bottom and seat back are adjacent each other and an unfolded configuration where the seat bottom extends generally perpendicular to the seat back. The foldable chair includes a cover that is removably coupleable to the seat bottom and/or seat back. The cover has a sleeve pocket that extends over the seat bottom or seat back and one or more straps extending from the edge of the front of the cover and wrapping around the edge of either the seat bottom or seat back. The straps include coupling members to connect to corresponding coupling elements on the back of the seat bottom or seat back. The foldable chair may also include connectors configured to receive accessories such as a parasol, cup holder, and/or book holder.

The leg members are adjustable in length and placed at an angle so as to angularly position the seat member at an angle of approximately thirty degrees when the portable stool is in its deployed state. The seat member includes a base member wherein the base member is rotationally coupled to a top portion of the seat member. Movement members are operably coupled to the base member and top portion of the seat member and provide a biased return to a neutral position ensuing the top portion of the seat member being rotatably moved. Light modules are present on the leg members.

A portable stool that is configured to provide support for a user in an upright position wherein the present invention further provides controlled rotational movement for the user. A height-adjustable seat, which may be used for meditation, is provided that is height adjustable to position a user closer to a floor as the user gains flexibility and position the user further from the floor in case of injury. The height-adjustable seat includes a pivotal frame having a first upper cross bar and a spaced apart second upper cross bar. A sling seat is suspended between the cross bars and is adjustable in width to raise and lower the height of the sling seat relative to the floor. The sling seat includes a free, first end and a fixed, second end. The second end is connected to the second upper cross bar of the frame and the first end is releasably engageable with a lower surface or side of the sling seat.

An apparatus can include a seat, a backrest, a base frame comprising wheels and an adjustment assembly. The adjustment assembly can be adjustable from a lowered position to a raised position. The adjustment assembly can include an actuator assembly, pairs of scissor legs, and a connector. The actuator assembly can include: an actuator positioned underneath the seat, where the actuator comprises an actuatable shaft; and biasers positioned underneath the backrest. In addition, the connector can be attached to the pairs of scissor legs and the actuatable shaft, the connector being configured to: compress the biasers upon extension of the actuatable shaft away from actuator; and decompress the biasers upon retraction of the actuatable shaft towards the actuator.

An apparatus can include a seat, a backrest, a base frame comprising wheels and an adjustment assembly. The adjustment assembly can be adjustable from a lowered position to a raised position.
