20180148545 · 2018-05-31 · ·

The use of a catalyst of the formula (I) for the crosslinking of a curable composition. The catalyst of the formula (I) contains at least one aliphatic guanidine group. It is substantially odourless and nonvolatile at room temperature and accelerates the crosslinking of curable compositions very efficiently, without impairing the storage stability thereof. It is particularly suitable for compositions based on polymers containing silane groups, where it has very good compatibility, as a result of which such compositions do not have a tendency to separation or migration or evaporation of the catalyst.

Silicone release coating composition and methods for the preparation and use of same

A silicone release coating composition and method for its preparation and use are described. A release coating prepared by curing the silicone release coating composition has high immediate release force (>50 g/in). A release liner including the release coating is suitable for use as a transfer liner in processes for making composites articles, such as aircraft parts.

METHOD FOR CLEANING SEMICONDUCTOR SUBSTRATE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PROCESSED SEMICONDUCTOR SUBSTRATE, AND RELEASING AND DISSOLVING COMPOSITION

A method for cleaning a semiconductor substrate includes releasing and dissolving an adhesive layer formed on a semiconductor substrate using a releasing and dissolving composition, in which the releasing and dissolving composition contains: a component [I]: a quaternary ammonium salt; a component [II]: an amide-based solvent; and a component [III]: a solvent represented by the following Formula (L), where L represents a substituent substituted on a benzene ring and each independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and k represents the number of L and is an integer of 0 to 5.
